After the letter was sent, I received multiple emails and text messages confirming the appointment. Just to be sure, I called the office in the morning of the appointment day and I was told the appointment had been canceled. I spoke to an extremely cold and uncaring representative. Later on that day, my credit card was charged a no-show fee. I called back and spoke to the same cold and uncaring representative. She didn't help. The no-show charge went through and I needed to dispute it with my credit card company. I called and asked to speak to the office manager. A message was left and I never received a phone call. I called the office back two more times over the next 10 days and spoke to the same cold and uncaring representative, reminding her that I was waiting for a call from the office manager. It is now almost a month later and that call has still not come.

Became a CONCILIATION for hearing aids. Audiologist doesn't understand English or how to use her printer. Come back to see ENT. It will be a cold day in hell that I let anyone there come near my hears. Oh and I tried to leave this on there site. But, there site only excepts 5 stars. He gets straight to the point of your visit, because he doesn't like to make you waste your day away at the doctors office. He loves to joke around with the patients and is very easy going. He also has a great staff that tries to do whatever they can, within reason, to accommodate and help the patients. They normally run on time, which means you won't be waiting for over an hour for your appointment. Dr. Tucker was able to help me with my chronic sore throats, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I visited his office on Michigan St. recently (7/3/17) for issues with my vocal stamina as well as recurring headaches. When I arrived, I had come unprepared as I had left information they had requested at home. (Derp.) The wonderful lady at the front desk was very polite with me and made phone calls to gather the information. I can only imagine how annoying people like myself must be when they forget EVERYTHING, however, she never blinked and eye and I was back to see Dr. Lehman in no time. The nurse who assisted with Dr. Lehman was extremely nice as was the doctor. I felt like they both listened to my issues and asked detailed questions. I was also very impressed with the questions about my recurring headaches. I have spoken with two other doctors prior who brushed these weekly episodes off as allergies/sinus issues. Luckily, Dr. Lehman ordered a CT scan of the area the headaches keep affecting so we can see what is going on inside this head of mine. Someone took me seriously! Thank you! Seriously, thank YOU. As with the vocal issues, I was sent to see a vocal therapist in the building during the same appointment who did a scope and found my problem which is a polyp. Again, wow! One appointment and I know why my voice is strained. I love it! He even showed me a few techniques to utilize in order to help this issue as it heals. I have a couple of follow up appointments with Dr. Lehman and his staff in the coming months and I'm happy to go. Yes, HAPPY to go. I felt respected and validated with my concerns with the first visit. I wish all doctors treated their patients so well. I feel like one of the "lucky ones!"
