I went from an ENT visit in Palm Coast which turned into Ormond Beach 3 hours B4 appt. So my 40 minute ride went to 90 1 way. Call center appt with ENT and get hearing test. Became a CONCILIATION for hearing aids. Audiologist doesn't understand English or how to use her printer. Come back to see ENT. It will be a cold day in hell that I let anyone there come near my hears. Oh and I tried to leave this on there site. But, there site only excepts 5 stars. This is my bill to you. $20 hr travel time 3 hrs. $20 in gas. If I could this review would be -10

Dr. Tucker is great at what he does! He is extremely knowledgeable. He doesn't beat around the bush…read morelike most doctors will. He gets straight to the point of your visit, because he doesn't like to make you waste your day away at the doctors office. He loves to joke around with the patients and is very easy going. He also has a great staff that tries to do whatever they can, within reason, to accommodate and help the patients. They normally run on time, which means you won't be waiting for over an hour for your appointment. Dr. Tucker was able to help me with my chronic sore throats, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I called today, July 28, 2026, to follow up as to why I don't see an appointment on my calendar yet…read morebecause my primary doctor called in a referral to Dr. Tucker's office in March 2026. The receptionist at Dr Tuckers office, at around 10:00 today was extremely rude. She told me that they could not make the appointment without additional information from my primary doctor. I asked her if she had followed up with the primary doctor because it is now the end of July, and this appointment was said to be an immediate need and had been requested from the doctor in March. So then she offers me a November appointment! This is for an emergency referral that was given to her in March for a possible serious condition. She told me the earliest she could get me in was November 19th. She told me that I should have known that I needed to give her office those records, even though no one contacted me for them. I let her know that nobody alerted me to needing to supply anything, and that I was not included in any doctor to doctor request for more information. But I was simply the patient, waiting for the appointment to be set. Then she promptly hung up on me today! I would never go to a physician who hires staff that are so rude and uncaring, that they think the patient is aware of and can affect the doctor to doctor communication? Not to mention never following up even 4 months later for an appointment that still had not been set? No thank you.

I visited his office on Michigan St. recently (7/3/17) for issues with my vocal stamina as well as recurring headaches. When I arrived, I had come unprepared as I had left information they had requested at home. (Derp.) The wonderful lady at the front desk was very polite with me and made phone calls to gather the information. I can only imagine how annoying people like myself must be when they forget EVERYTHING, however, she never blinked and eye and I was back to see Dr. Lehman in no time. The nurse who assisted with Dr. Lehman was extremely nice as was the doctor. I felt like they both listened to my issues and asked detailed questions. I was also very impressed with the questions about my recurring headaches. I have spoken with two other doctors prior who brushed these weekly episodes off as allergies/sinus issues. Luckily, Dr. Lehman ordered a CT scan of the area the headaches keep affecting so we can see what is going on inside this head of mine. Someone took me seriously! Thank you! Seriously, thank YOU. As with the vocal issues, I was sent to see a vocal therapist in the building during the same appointment who did a scope and found my problem which is a polyp. Again, wow! One appointment and I know why my voice is strained. I love it! He even showed me a few techniques to utilize in order to help this issue as it heals. I have a couple of follow up appointments with Dr. Lehman and his staff in the coming months and I'm happy to go. Yes, HAPPY to go. I felt respected and validated with my concerns with the first visit. I wish all doctors treated their patients so well. I feel like one of the "lucky ones!"
