I was seen here this morning and the entire staff were extremely friendly and tremendously helpful…read morein treating my ear infection. I really appreciated how they opened early at 7:00am. Being from out of town they definitely took their time in listening to my concerns and diagnosed my condition efficiently. I would highly recommend this practice and will not think 2x on coming back should something arise the next time I am in town.

I received a patient satisfaction survey and provided honest feedback regarding my visit…read moreexperience. It said don't provide personal details and that it would be anonymous, I chose the option to only write to the practice and not do a public review (until after dealing with the exceptionally rude owners wife). The next day I was informed by a lady named Kristin (claiming to be the practice owner, she's obviously not) that I would no longer be a patient because the practice felt it was "not a good fit." My feedback was not directed at my physician (and I even complimented HER) && I greatly appreciated her over the past 3+ years, but rather it was about the patient experience. The nurse was rude and acts like she hates being there, several others I know that see the same doctor feel the same way but were scared to reach out, I see why. As a patient, I found it concerning that my feedback resulted in dismissal from the practice instead of ever asking why I felt that way. I believe patients should be able to provide constructive feedback without fear of losing access to their provider. I see this has been a continuous problem from Kristen, obviously a change is needed at this practice and she is putting a dent on Dr Dormans reputation. I can see now why some of the employees were so miserable. Losing access to a physician I trusted after over three years of care felt retaliatory.

We recently chose to use Dr. Baldassarri as our primary family care doctor, big mistake! Our eldest…read moredaughter (6) has food allergies, and recently had what appeared to be a transient reaction to something else - that we could not identify. Thus, we made an appt with Dr. Baldassarri to get her checked on. The earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. Fortunately her problem went away on its own. Regardless, we thought it may be time for a new round of allergy testing. So, we went ahead with the appt. As it turned out, our younger daughter (3) had a bad fever the night prior to our elder daughters appt. She was also coughing like she had a chest infection. When we checked in for our elder daughter, I told the receptionist I would like our younger daughter checked also - without concern if there may have been a charge. The receptionist indicated it probably would not be a problem, and just to ask the Dr. when we saw him. As it turned out, near the end our time with him "evaluating our elder daughter" I mentioned the younger daughter's illness. To which he said (sitting right in front of our younger, sick daughter) "It's probably like a virus or something, you would need to get an appointment and paperwork and come back in" Seriously? 3 weeks out on new appointments. You won't take 2 minutes to look over my sick daughter - who WAS also to be a patient of his? You are kidding right? It gets worse: Knowing that he was also on staff at the local Mediquik and according to him, would be there the following day (Saturday), I decided to give him another chance - and go through the proper channels to have my younger daughter looked at (even though I tried that at his regular office the day prior). So, we brought her to Mediquick to see him - and attempt some continuum (since he was her primary). As it turned out, I also needed to discuss something very important with him that was more clerical in nature - regarding my specific records from previous visits to Mediquick. Thus, I tried to make it a dual appointment (again, willing to pay for both myself and my daughter) as it was CRITICAL that I have this discussion with him. After explaining this to the short and snippy receptionist (Mediquick), she went back and spoke with Dr. Baldassarri. When she came back, she informed me that he would see my daughter, but would not speak with me about the important issue that needed a grand total of 3 minutes worth of discussion. Absolutely unprofessional on all counts. At this point I formulated a very negative opinion of Dr. Baldassarri. So, we walked out. His character and integrity are severely lacking. I would not recommend this self-righteous doctor to anyone. He has lost our respect and trust entirely. The ironic thing is, he probably does not even care that he lost patients. Perhaps others have had good experiences? Ours was anything but... Never again!

In general, I am very skeptical about doctors and try to avoid doctors as much as possible. I visited his office two times so far. In my opinion, by all performance criteria, doctor, his office, and staff are excellent.

When I first started with Dr. Patrick Garrett in June 2026, I would've given him five stars. Now,…read morehowever, I find that he rushes you in and out of the examining room.so fast, it's hard to really address your issues. if you don't come with a written list of what is going on, he shakes your hand to greet you and shakes your hand to say goodbye. Thanks you so much for coming. it's bizarre. I guess I've gotten past those issues. I just made sure. that I had a list with me every time. .MOST things were addressed , as long as I addressed them first. Today, I have had it and I am furious! I had an appointment that I was waiting for, for more than three months with a gastroenterologist. He was fully aware of my gastro problems, as he prescribed me a medication for some relief. I brought up her name (the GI Dr) and told him that's who I want to see. As soon as I started to say her last name, he said the first name. He knew exactly who she was and the great reputation she has. I told him at that appointment, which was several weeks ago, that I would be going to her, but that I would need a referral. Like everything else, he says "ok. No problem. We're on it"Well, today,, I heard from the gastro doctor's office. I had spoken to her twice already today and had also called Dr Garrett twice, as she was looking for a referral. After all sorts of back and forth, the GI's office called and said that if they didn't have the referral by 3 PM, they would have to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. That was around noon or earlier.I spoke to a woman. in the referrals department at Dr. Garrett's office, and she promised me she would get a hold of Dr. Garrett and have thim approve the referral. She promised me that she would call me back before the end of the day to let me know what was going on. I said I needed to hear from her no later than three. Well, 3 o'clock came and went, and I got a phone call from the G.I.'s office, telling me that they would have to cancel my appointment. Now, I can't get an appointment for almost a year. I am beyond upset! And I'm not only upset with Dr Garrett, I'm upset with his referrals department. She wasn't very nice and was kind of annoyed, and she certainly didn't get the job done that she had promised.
