Quality Work, Great People. We were introduced to Dave at…read more"DJ Custom Homes" through a designer that my wife and I were using to renovate our kitchen. After interviewing and receiving quotes from multiple contractors and companies we went with Dave. This is our first home and our first major renovation and Dave seemed to understand that more than most. Bottom line is they stuck to their timeline, they stuck to our budget, they communicated with us well and the end result was spectacular. There are always going to be unexpected's and bumps in the road when dealing with large renovations. It's how those unexpected's are dealt with that shows the character of who you're working with.

But unfortunately I never got the estimate this owner claims. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

We were nervous about hiring the right team having heard all the horror stories about contractors. However, we can't say enough good things about this company, including their professionalism, craftsmanship, courtesy & responsiveness. We saw a review given by a woman who claims an opposite experience when she asked for a quote. But her only experience was the quote process, which differs greatly from ours. She didn't get to experience the fine workmanship offered by this company & it's craftsmen. Rob came to us by recommendation of our next-door neighbors who have been using his services for a good 15 years. I only wish we were in a position to do the quantity and levels of work they've had done by Iannacone Home Improvements. Five stars is not enough for the work Procraft Design and Construction did on our home. I cannot…read moresing enough praises for the overall experience I had with Glen and his crew. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! I was terrified to start a home renovation project because of the bad reputation contractors receive but Jon is not like THOSE guys. He gives clear & concise estimates and the best part is that all materials are purchased through a separate account that you link up your credit card to. For example, on the week he needs lumber, he'll tell you what's going to be charged, it'll go right to your credit card and the only amount you pay is what the lumber actually cost (with his professional discount). No uncharging or him taking a cut. You pay what the material cost not a penny more and you pay him a flat rate for his labor. I love them!
