I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

I wanted to work with people who were professionals and had a good sense of what could be done in a space. I certainly did get that with Pro Craft. The owner Glen was a pleasure to work with and the office manager was very responsive. At the end of the day, it's the work that matters most and the work they did excellent. The ceiling looks amazing and the sink too.
