I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.

I don't recommend. Quoted $3750, changed it next day to $4000. Estimated materials to be $750, came…read moreout to $2400. Told me 3 steps, made me spend $80 more and made 4 uneven steps. One of which is way less than 4 inchs and not in code. Theres no 3ft wide level landing outside the door which is the code. Created potential tripping hazard in my home. didn't frame around the concrete on the bottom of the pavers on an uneven hilly area so theres inchs of concrete showing around the perimeter under the pavers. threatens to call the police, labor laws, and yells on the phone if you don't pay him. refuses to fix his work because apparently its not in the contract for him to fix it when he does bad work. he also over estimated how many pavers I needed in the job and I have a bunch of unused pavers that I paid alot for. everyone on reddit agrees that he didn't do a good job. yet he has the audacity to yell at my mom over the phone and demand payment. terrible experience. now I gotta look at this uneven staircase and hope i dont trip on it.
