My pellet stove just died! I was really hoping it could be fixed. So I called Dunrite and the…read morereceptionist, who was very nice, quickly set me up for a check up of my equipment (it's $150 just for coming and doing basic maintenance). Two gentlemen came and worked on my equipment (they really tried to bring it back to life but the thing was just too far gone). They ordered the part, we set up a new date to install it, so that by a week later they were right back to finish the job and install the part (a blower). When they came back, within an hour... not only was it working again, I had my buns pressed right against that grill warming them up against this everlasting cold in NYS! LOL I have nothing but praise for my experience with them. I will be using them in the future for maintenance of my equipment. I recommend them.
