First off I was greeted by a man name Jeff who really was professional. I wasn't pressured or upsold in any way. I told him my stages of remodeling I wanted to do and we went from there. Jeff had sample products and the quality were very good. [in line ranch] What we're having done: 1. Front 'main window' replacement 2. 3 replacemnt bedroom windows 3. Front of house with new Vinyl siding 4. Complete scoffits 5. Add a half moon window above the front door I recall getting quotes from others years ago and this time honestly, we don't have enough time getting quotes. (who has time anymore!!!) The salesman, Jeff, sold the job quite well and I felt comfortable and we signed an agreement right on the spot. Now we wait for staff to come by and measure a second time to ensure proper ordering of windows etc.. I will update once the job starts.

He made a mundane non-functional bath into a showcase that we will use for many years to come. His decorator helped us choose the tiles and gave her expertise when necessary. As the job proceeded, we ended up having a wood floor installed by Bob, which he matched effortlessly to my existing 10 year old floor. We have received so many compliments and have recommended Bob to various home owners. Thank you for everything!

Price: Very fair The original call was answered promptly with a promise to send someone over for an estimate in 90 min. I received a call a bit later requesting permission to come a bit earlier - so courteous. We discussed what we wanted done and showed him the side fence which 2 other companies said we would need to remove. Glad we didn't. They never called or came back. LI Paving's Tom, told us they pave up to it on each side of the fence and tamp together. Tom told us how everything would go and we said anytime was good. He handed us a contract with all that was discussed fully written out and we each signed. NO PAYMENT REQUIRED UNTIL WORK DONE AND SATISFIED!! The following week, he called to ask if they could do it. Sure. They showed up Wed and dug everything up. The workers and family members work like clockwork. The belgian blocks went down beautifully. My neighbor came out to talk to Tom and immediately approved them doing hers also. They dug hers up next. The trucks were busy. The workers were busy and everyone knew their job so well. It was like watching an orchestra play. Tom and his son, Tom, worked the roller/pounder and the payloader. His son never thumped on the ground. It was so impressive. By the next evening, everything was beautifully done. We had a question the day after and he and a worker came and cut a bit off to extend our garden area. He and his sons have talent and a work ethic that can't be beat. Day 2 they were all outside at 6:30 am to clean the blocks and do whatever they were doing while I was sleeping, lol. At 8:00, the roller/pounder got going. I had done quite a bit of research after we spoke to the first 2 companies that we weren't comfortable with. Tom explained that it's all about having the right equipment, not leaving your driveway exposed for 2 weeks while you drive over the same spots. The entire driveway has to be graded and pounded equally. All my research bears that out. I almost wish I had more driveways for them to do :-))
