After visiting several dealerships and getting nowhere due to my credit, I finally found a team…read morethat actually treated me with respect and worked hard to help me. Not only did they get me approved, they secured an APR nearly 10% lower than what I was offered from CarMax and Carvana. Joel (Sales) was incredible throughout the entire process. He even checked in on my deal on his day off and stayed involved the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared that I was comfortable with the financing -- not just that the deal got approved. He even helped arrange transportation so I could get from San Jose to pick up the vehicle 2.5 hours away. That level of effort is rare, especially on a used vehicle deal. Gino (Finance) also did an outstanding job. He secured the lowest rate I've been offered in years and even discounted a warranty so I could have coverage without stretching my budget. The entire finance process was transparent, honest, and completely pressure-free. The service department also delivered. The vehicle was fully taken care of and everything was handled professionally. After being dismissed by other dealerships, this team made me feel valued as a customer from start to finish. I drove over two hours to work with them, and it was absolutely worth it. Now I'm the proud owner of a great Chevrolet Tahoe that my family really needed. Huge thanks to Joel, Gino, and the entire team. Experiences like this are why great dealerships stand out. By the Way ! After re reading all the posts about them hiding add ons ....or being shady I call nonsense to that..... it's BS ! They are extremely upfront humble and honest ! They offer add ons like they do gap or extended warranty . They offered to me , nothing was 'forced' 'hidden' . Unreal how some people react to people just trying to do their job . A simple no , not interested was all I said ...not one follow up on the topic ...how is that pressure??? Or hidden ??? It's an offer !

I called Novato Chevrolet specifically to confirm that a vehicle I found online was available to…read moresee in person before making the drive up from San Francisco. Miguel assured me it was there. Based on that confirmation, I rented a car and drove 50 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes while Miguel searched for the vehicle. He then returned with someone who appeared to be a manager to inform me that the car was not on the lot and wouldn't arrive until Thursday. This is exactly the scenario I called ahead to avoid. What followed was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and genuinely apologizing, Miguel's partner pivoted into a sales pitch about what a great "deal" the car was, as if I needed convincing. I was already there. He also mentioned he'd received five other calls about the vehicle, which raises an obvious question: if there's that much interest, how did he not know the car hadn't arrived yet? I lost a full afternoon and the cost of a rental car because an employee either didn't bother to verify inventory before confirming availability or simply told me what I wanted to hear to get me through the door. Either way, it's unacceptable. A simple, honest phone call "the car isn't here yet, but we expect it Thursday" or actually checking when they were asked to would have saved everyone's time and preserved my trust. Instead, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Not only a liability that rarely runs and often leaves me stranded and from day one had a wobble no real builder would have allowed out the door. Both statements Kirk cant dispute because he's aware of the wobble and he's also picked me up twice on the side of the road. I spent 60k cash with Kirk on a FXR build. A build in which he chose to reuse old parts when he charged me for new and even worse had an open check book to get what was right. The bike Kirk built has essentially been torn down and built back up revealing mediocre work that most would call a hack job. Motor, trans and rear wheel way out of alignment. Brand new s&s motor leaks. Once opened up it reveals a caulking job of gasket sealer. Original motor mounts and rubber goods reused. Wheel bearing and neck bearings incorrectly installed or didn't have the knowledge of the correct size to install. The high end Italian calipers he had to have both leak, the wheels were chromed then dremelled out so the bearing would fit. Obviously this isn't the correct way to get an exact fit. This bikes never been over 70 mph safely due to the wobble and incorrect parts. The list goes on and on. I've reached out to Kirk through calls and text both not getting any ownership or support. Sadly this is one of many Kirk Taylor builds that's problematic. I understand growing pains with new builds but I don't get or accept hack work, cutting corners and reused parts from a 1990 Harley Davidson. I would have been good with accountability and ownership. This shop doesn't not possess that. Shitty to run Kirk like this but the reality is the product speaks volumes and all he had to do is communicate with me what he needed or a simple apology that he build me lawn art
