This review is long overdue but I was in High Point visiting family last year and was experiencing…read moreterrible gum irritation and inflammation from food constantly getting trapped between my molars in the very back. They gave me an appointment right away (a few other offices I called nearby were not as accommodating). Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! Dr. Kevin was very thorough and took his time to make sure he filed the filling down until I felt comfortable with the bite. I will definitely come back here if I ever have any dental issues while in town. Thanks so much!

But let me say this, I have been twice to Grandover Village Dental and my experience has been extraordinarily pleasant each time. I mean I didn't write the review the first time because I'm like when I go back in 6 months it might be different. Nope! Same great care and pleasant staff from the time I walked in to the time I left. First, let me start off by saying I appreciate the multiple reminders about your appointment. I love the text message option! I'm super busy so this is just convenient for me. Second, my appointment was for 9am and I was called back within 10 min of that time. Next, I'm greeted by amazing dental hygienist name Nicola who was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail to me. So I've had the luxury of meeting both dentists. Their polite demeanor and explanations of what I needed was like music to my ears. Most dentists, "tell" what you need to do. They explained my options, told me what could wait and what was urgent. And provided me with pros and cons of my decisions. All I can say is that I'm grateful to finally be somewhere that I feel comfortable visiting every 6 months.
