The staff is super-super friendly, warm, and professional. The receptionist was very accommodating, the X-ray tech was friendly and meticulous, and the hygienist was likewise thorough and sociable. The equipment seems like the latest technology. As Christina D. mentions, the dental chairs have massaging backs (a pleasant surprise). Dr. Keider also used a laser imaging tool on my molars to see if there were any crevices that could harbor bacteria out of sight. They offer bottled water and sodas in the waiting area, and have a whole little refreshment section. The goodie bag was chock full, too, which, though unnecessary, is much appreciated by a tooth-obsessive like me. Toothbrush, toothpaste, Listerine, dental floss, dental picks - it's like a miniature drugstore! But the best things I can say are about Dr. Keider himself. His exam was very thorough. He checked my TMJ, lymph nodes, thyroid, and tongue in addition to my teeth. He told me exactly what he was doing during the examination, and genuinely and thoroughly answered all my questions. As Christine mentioned, no one tried to sell me anything; he basically said that my teeth look great and there wasn't anything he'd want to do to them. (They didn't even try to get me to do teeth whitening, which I know they offer, and which is practically requisite in dental practices. I appreciated that.) The only little picky complaints I'd have, aside from the booking error, would be that having Fox "News" playing in the waiting area was a real turnoff and that the hours of operation are pretty limited. (However, he's there at 7:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, so it's easy to get an appointment outside normal business hours.) I'd highly, HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Keider took X-rays, examined all my teeth and came up with two plans, the most affordable and the one that was as expensive as my car. It all came down to needing five root canals in additions to the missing smile teeth. I had to go with the least expensive options with possibility of implants in the future. Even though I chose the least expensive option, I was treated no differently. I explained my cPTSD and every effort was made to accommodate me. Apparently, everything is easy with nitrous oxide (great stuff!) It's taken a few months, extractions, fillings and a gentle cleaning but I am smiling again. I have two partials but my husband can't tell the 'new' teeth from my own -they are perfectly matched! It's a great comfort knowing that I can strike dental fear out of my life. I enthusiastically recommend Dr Keider and his staff to anyone regardless of what you need, this is a guy you have no regrets trusting.

I saw Dr. Russell recommended several times on a neighborhood app. From the front desk staff, to the dental assistant to the dental hygienist, everyone was amazing. They were kind, welcoming, patient & great at communicating their care throughout the process. They were concerned with my comfort and focused on limiting my pain. I was initially disappointed that Dr. Russell was not the dentist I was seeing but Dr. Reynolds was simply wonderful. He explained my treatment plan and how they collaborated with specialists to design my care plan. He even broke down how to best target brushing and flossing to optimize the best results. He was even abreast of how inflammation and chronic conditions affect dental health and showed genuine concern with my care. He did not rush out of the room and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office.

This practice charged me extra over my charge for routine cleaning. The cleaning at Dr. Russell's practice was brief and superficial, there was no extra cleaning or deep cleaning preformed. In my opinion, basing my experience of more than 50 years receiving dental care. The care from this practice is subpar. Only saw the dentist very briefly. My main disappointment was with the office management. This person was trying to charge as much money as she could get.

I should've checked out the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. I had an urgent need to…read moresee a dentist and was thrilled to find an office who was willing to schedule an appointment so quickly, so I jumped on the opportunity, but the front office was super challenging to work with. They were nice, but impossible to get ahold of over the phone. Kept having to leave a message and then wait for a call back. My employer had an issue transferring corporate insurance over, so it required some communication on Aspen Dental's end, which was lackluster at best. Most of the time when you call, you are leaving a voicemail. Sometimes you'll call, key in and follow all the prompts to the point where you should be able to leave a voicemail and then it just hangs up on you. This happened multiple times. In addition, they were supposed to call in my prescription 2 days prior to my appointment. I wasn't able to make it to the pharmacy the day prior and work a full time job. Was already taking 1/2 day for the appointment & guess what? They didn't call it in when they said they would, so multiple phone calls again to CVS & Aspen Dental. Ended up missing what I had planned the night before because of it. Also, BE CAREFUL! They recommended a variety of filling replacements. Said they were old and should be replaced. Unless I have a cavity forming under one of them, or it falls out, um... no thank you! They wanted about $1200, $900 of which was just recommended. My insurance would have covered some of that, but still. I've never heard of a dentist replacing fillings before. They try to squeeze extra money from you for services you don't really need, so don't fall for it! When I finally came in for my appointment, I waited an hour & finally asked how much longer. Turns out the front office forgot to tell the doctor I was there. Ug! Doctor was nice/professional and I really liked all of the dental hygienists I worked with. But I probably won't be going back. Customer service is not great at all. If you can't answer my phone call sometimes, fine, I can understand that, but not answering phone calls ever means I won't come back. That's unacceptable in my opinion.
