They made me a appointment and I went in. It was only a tiny sharp edge to correct. Only needed seconds to correct. Dr Novak was so angry he nearly ground out the repair. His assistant was in tears. She knew he had mistreated me. I told her I would never return and have not! He clearly decided to abuse me for coming back to have it corrected. I went to another dentist and had to pay to have the tooth repair again! BTW have you noticed the only good reviews were from many years ago? Recent ones are all bad.

They have always been transparent in the work being done and provided estimates prior to scheduling the work. Dr. Bray and everyone in the office has always been extremely cordial and professional while we have been there. I'm done, my wife is done and in fact I know of two other people I used to work with I will relay my experiences. If Dr Bray had a decent personality and treated his patients better it maybe would be worth it, but this guy comes across as entitled and speaks down to his patients. Stay away!

I then had a brief (3-5 min) wait before I was so-called back for my new patient appointment. During my appointment, the technician and the doctor were gentle in handling my dental area and discussed my oral care. Everything was cleaned and done in a sterile way. I felt completely comfortable and included in the plan of care. I was happy when the doctor told me I had been doing good with my oral hygiene (since I am always nervous about a bad report), but also relieved that she had a plan for the issues I was dealing with. Said I didn't confirm so they cancelled and insinuated that they sent text so it's my fault I show up. Last week I brought my other daughter and had to wait 20+ mins before being called back. In the past , I've had billing issues with them as well. Also I've had issues with my bridge from the start and only now with a new dentist had anyone addressed the issue. Hygienists and dentists are really nice and depending on who you get you might have good care. Front desk people are nice but something in the process is broken as there is always a problem. They need secret shoppers or something as an evaluation of how they run the office needs review and adjustment. I would change but I was being too lazy and the location is great for me. But if you are looking for efficient and problem free visits, I would suggest going somewhere else.

I found them on Google and decided to try them. I had been to another practice in High Point and had a terrible experience. Let me just say that from the front office staff, to the assistants, hygienist, and dentist they all made me feel safe and did not judge me. I had so much trauma from the other practice that I cried my first visit from absolute shame. Almost 2 years later I'm still going and having my normal follow ups and cleanings. Dr. Firnhaber is the nicest most caring dentist I've ever had. And she's returning in June so I'm so happy she will be back! The entire staff has great "bedside manner". They tell you exactly what your issues are and what can be done to fix them. I absolutely adore her, my hygienist, and every one else on staff. I'm so glad I found them, I'm finally not afraid of the dentist and I've recovered from the trauma caused by the other practice.

Unsafe Unprofessional avoid this nightmare Clinic…read more This clinic is complete administrative and medical disaster. Getting an appointment here is a nightmare. They screen phone calls dont answer for days and you have to call back to back just to get someone on the line. They dragged their feet for a whole month claiming they couldnt get my X rays from my previous dentist making an excuse about the format and refusing to even schedule me until the received them. After 20 tries they finally got them but when I showed up the nightmare continued. Their X ray machine was broken. The assistant literally had to call another girl in to come hold the cord together by hand just to get it to work, the dental assistants was openly complaining in front of me saying and they expect us to work like this and that there also broke in other rooms. I came in explicitly sharing that I have high dental anxiety and was already embarrassed and tramatized from a past deep cleaning. Instead of showing empathy the dentist made me wait 15mins,came in,and refused to use proper sterile dental tools. She literally used her fingers to wiggle my teeth and the glasse with the light lens was soo filthy. She talked down to me about my medicaid insurance using her hands as she talked she became hostile in her tone then blamed her mask for her aggressive tone. She told me she cant and want do any procedures on me until i go see a specialist for my gums even tho she already admitted the specialist wouldnt take my insurance. When I told her I didnt understand and Im just done talking ill go seek another dentist she threw her hands up told me to go ahead n vent or whatever she said n stomed out. i said Oooookay I grab my things n i was soo upset i could not stop crying i was soo pissed and embarrased!!!!
