I am not a fan of dentistal cleanings but the hygienist here, Syreeta S., is amazing. She is always so gentle and accommodating, I'm actually excited now to go! The staff is sweet as well. The dentist plans are always explained to me and the plans are printed. I have periodontal disease and they always make sure to check in with perio specialist before making plans for me. I was supposed to do an emergency excision during Xray the device the lady put in my mouth to take a side xray was too big and it kept scratching the area under my tongue. then the supposed dentist poked my gums making them bleed and didnt iffer to suction my mouth or use water I had to ask for a cup to spit the blood in. Ideal Dental High Point with Dr. Jennifer Shin was an excellent experience. I was greeted by cheerful, professional receptionists who checked me in quickly. I then had a brief (3-5 min) wait before I was so-called back for my new patient appointment. During my appointment, the technician and the doctor were gentle in handling my dental area and discussed my oral care. Everything was cleaned and done in a sterile way. I felt completely comfortable and included in the plan of care. I was happy when the doctor told me I had been doing good with my oral hygiene (since I am always nervous about a bad report), but also relieved that she had a plan for the issues I was dealing with. Run!! Do not go here!! My son went to this place, he was in agony with a tooth pain. They numbed him up and made him another appointment even though he was hurting. Then they would not give him anything for pain. He had to go to the emergency room over the weekend!!! Today he went back (2 days off work) and they could not get him numb enough. He's had teeth pulled before where he used to live. They didn't do it right. So, he ended up having to call an oral surgeon. He spent over $300.00 out of pocket for being numb 2 times & still didn't get his tooth pulled!!!!!!! Not to mention his emergency room cost, because they would not help him with pain. Just ridiculous, TERRIBLE, AWFUL. Do NOT waste your time and money!!!!! Run away read more

I understand that I was also told that after my impressions I would get a call back for them I know I go to check to c if I have overbite to c if they fit properly I know people who have had the same done and the same insurance and it took them only 6 months every other place 8 have heard of doesn't take this long there is no excuse for it to take as long as it has and all my top teeth but 1 was already removed u guys could have already have had this taken care of some people have their teeth pulled and get their dentures the same day so I know that it could be and should be done im sure if I was paying out of pocket I wouldn't have all this trouble!! From the moment they answered the phone it was a horrible experience they advertise emergency dental care. But when emergency dental care is needed they are not capable of doing it. They want you to come one day and then make a whole another appointment when you're in horrible pain if I could have rated them a negative star I would have I hope the business plummets to the ground along with your very unprofessional staff. Dont go here. I've given this place try after try. They have canceled my appointment the day before or the time I show up 3 or 4 times. Their staff turn over is constant. The first dentist I saw told me I had 7 cavities I didn't have. The second said I had none. I never had cavities so when the first one told me. I questioned her. She refused to explain and discharged me from the practice. The manager is unprofessional and combative every time. The location is very convenient for me so I gave them a second chance and I'm disappointed to know the good doc is now gone and all the staff has changed again... I won't be going back. I can't believe the poor management of this place. The manager is disgustingly immature maybe it's her. Maybe she's the problem and the reason why they can't hold an employee or take decent care of patients. read more

I would not recommend this place. Scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early as they ask patients to do. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one came to let me know what was going on. I finally went up to ask at the desk and they told me that the hygenist would not be free for some time. I had to leave so I could get back to work and had to reschedule the appointment. read more

On September 24th, I emailed in a request for oral surgery and extraction of my wisdom teeth. I sent my insurance information, my referral, and had my dentist send my X-rays. They told me they'd call back to book an appointment. No contact until September 30th when I called them for an update. They said they don't have the x-ray or the referral, so I get the X-ray from my dentist and email it to them with my referral, they confirmed over the phone they got it and would get back to my to book an appointment. No contact from them. Today, October 17th, I called for an update and they say again, they don't have my referral. So I resent the referral. Finally, I get a call back only to say the oral surgeon says he can't remove my wisdom teeth because they don't do the correct anesthetic I'd need. Anybody that looks at my X-rays would see I'm in pain because of my teeth. So why lead me on for a month, only making my issue worse as they continue to grow in, and then say you can't do it. first of all, these people convinced me that I need a root canal on my front tooth and they knew I didn't need one. Then they did the root canal wrong. I have pain and infection in a root canal and I'm now going to have to get a hold of the root canal all over again. They made me sad some kind of contract they gave me my crown. They stop the crown and then when my gum is swollen, these people do not go to them. I'm going to consumer Better Business Bureau on them immediately. read more

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!! I read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad and boy was I wrong! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to in my life!!! My daughters first appointment we got there at 140pm the appointment time was for 2pm at 230 we still had not been seen when I asked they sent us to the back to wait even longer and at 302pm one of the girls got an attitude because my child was fussy and told us we needed to leave as if they didn't have us waiting well over 2 hours for a two min appointment. I give them my daughters X-rays and it's been a week and they still have not viewed them knowing she is on a time limit for surgery instead i keep getting excuses I went today to retrieve said X-rays and we will be going to a better professional place. How do you expect to charge someone well over 2000.00 for service and you can't even be professional about it. RUN DONT WALK TO ANOTHER DENTAL CLINIC read more
