What an amazing experience. If spending a ton of money on teeth can be amazing. When we found out…read moremy daughter had to have braces along with some other work done we set out to find a place we were comfortable with to do the work. Interviewing orthodontists so to speak. Dr. Basil was a bit higher in price (not by much) but now I know why. The thing that earned Dr Basil our business was not just experience but He was the only orthodontist to not only talk to us about his plans but spent most of his time reassuring and talking to my daughter on her level about exactly what he would be doing with her. No other pediatric ortho did this. I'm not entirely sure there's a nicer person on the planet. Everything from scheduling by the front desk ,to his ortho assistants, to the follow up after braces came off. The whole process has taken 2 1/2 years and just when we thought they were going above and beyond they would do something else to prove their dedication and care. So much so that no matter how busy they are Dr. Basil and his team make it feel as if we are his only client and nothing else matters to him. Thank you Dr. Basil and your team!

I just wanted to share the superb service I received today. This office took over when my former…read moredentist retired. My last visit to him was prior to COVID, and I was a little unsure of what steps offices were taking to follow guidelines. From what I saw, they did a great job sanitizing between patients. She and the dentist took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner, that I appreciate very much. Glad to be a new patient.

I came to them with an emergency when no other office was available back in 2008 and as far as dental care has been the best choice I've made. I cannot recommend this establishment strongly enough. And on top of that Dr Taylor has been flexible to work with me on payments on the rare occasion that I have a good amount of expense. With a clinic that cares and truly enjoys what they do. The report amongst the workers is fun to watch.
