A second dentist I saw afterward found that the bridge was not shaped or fitted correctly, had to adjust a high spot, and recommended having it redone at another office. Since then I've dealt with pain, sensitivity, and air and liquid getting under the bridge. I also never received the digital mock-up of my results that the office advertises online, so I had no preview of how my bridge would look before it was made. The experience leading up to the procedure was just as frustrating. On one visit, I was given a numbing injection before anyone examined my mouth. When Dr. Hernandez finally looked, I was told I wasn't ready for the procedure that day and was sent home with no work done. The dental assistant agreed she had noticed the issue beforehand but didn't mention it before the injection. The office felt rushed and disorganized throughout my visits. Procedures were not explained to me step by step before work started. I also witnessed the front desk and the dental assistant arguing in Spanish about scheduling, and staff making negative comments about coworkers and patients in front of me. Communication here is poor, and the care I received was not acceptable. If you're considering cosmetic or restorative work, I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere.

As someone with a small mouth, I appreciate the fact that Dr. A and her hygienists have small hands to do their medical work. I've only seen females there, but I understand she has a male partner selected days of the week. The entire office looks for innovative ways to promote your dental hygiene habits, and by default, your dental problems, with or without some sedation. For some reason, when they take my blood pressure, it spikes sky high almost every visit. She continues to check it multiple times to keep me safe. At other offices, I've left with bloody gums, cheeks and tongues from where other offices have believed in just getting the job done, like an assembly line. I've been seeing Dr. A for maybe ten years now, and I've yet to leave with a bleeding mouth, thank goodness! Also, I've been called after hours to have her check on dental services she had performed earlier in the day, making sure I'm not in pain, or discomfort. You don't find many doctors willing to do that any longer. As a bonus, the office is beautifully decorated in a serene manner. It's the small touches like the best smelling anti bacterial hand cleaner and lotions in the bathroom that prove she looks at all the small details in every manner. You're also offered sunglasses or a quilt if you need them during treatment. But for me, I like watching the birds fighting over the feeders while I'm being treated. My only complaint is that she's always bundled up in her white coat with sweaters underneath, resulting in the office being almost too warm during procedures. She's getting better about the temp, but it's still pretty warm most days. Also, it's easy to pass the driveway on Battleground as there are no signs posting her name. If you have a minute, ask to see a picture of her spoiled rotten dog. He's a cutie!

I called after 30 days to inquire status. I was told they have a new process where refunds are handled by their headquarters and it would be another 6 weeks before it would processed. I was told I would receive an email asking if I wanted a credit on my account or some "plastic". I don't like that business practice and feel it is unfair. I am a retiree and toll money from savings to pay the bill upfront. When reimbursed, I put that money back. But now that money is in their account accruing interest.. I am sure I am not the only patient they're holding money for. If you require money up front before filing a claim, you should distribute the refunds just as expedient
