Just don't!!! Yeah, it's great that they have weekend appointments but that's all they have to…read moreoffer. I will almost guarantee EVERY new patient will be told they need a deep cleaning so nothing is done at your first appointment except a bunch of extra x-rays that your insurance will not cover. Go in for the first deep cleaning.....sucked! She could have cared less about the numbing she was doing. Didn't even wait to start her "cleaning" which was a few scrapes on a couple of teeth. My husband I went same day and he had the same experience. We were in so much pain for 5 days from a partial "deep" clean. Not to mention the bill we received after that was way over their estimate and insurance refused to pay and we had payment due from the first appointment that was supposed to be free. Run, run far away and never look back. Also, as a client, this place is not ADA accessible. And you can NEVER reach the billing department no matter what. We finally paid our outstanding balance, but never again. Please spread the word. I know other issues that are not mine. This place needs to be shut down!

I visited this office because I was told I needed a root canal on tooth #3 and was prescribed…read moreamoxicillin. I was given a treatment plan costing $3,400. Before proceeding, I decided to get a second opinion. The second dentist performed a complete examination, including cold testing, percussion, bite testing, palpation, and new X-rays. They concluded that my tooth did not need a root canal. They explained that what had been interpreted as an infection was actually the normal outline of my maxillary sinus, which was also visible around my other upper teeth. As a result, I had taken a full course of antibiotics unnecessarily and came very close to extracting a healthy tooth because I believed the original diagnosis. I understand that dentistry can involve differences in clinical judgment, but this experience caused me weeks of stress, numerous phone calls trying to find affordable treatment, and significant anxiety over a diagnosis that ultimately proved incorrect. I strongly encourage anyone facing major dental treatment to seek a second opinion before proceeding.

I've been a patient for about 10 years and just recently finished my Invisalign treatment…read more Everyone at the office is fantastic and so caring. I have never liked going to the dentist and they make me feel comfortable and go at my pace. My smile looks fantastic and I'm so thankful I trusted Dr A to perfect my smile!

Dr. A is probably the best dentist I've ever gone to. She employs a wonderful staff that only…read moreemphasize her beliefs in dentistry. As someone with a small mouth, I appreciate the fact that Dr. A and her hygienists have small hands to do their medical work. I've only seen females there, but I understand she has a male partner selected days of the week. The entire office looks for innovative ways to promote your dental hygiene habits, and by default, your dental problems, with or without some sedation. For some reason, when they take my blood pressure, it spikes sky high almost every visit. She continues to check it multiple times to keep me safe. At other offices, I've left with bloody gums, cheeks and tongues from where other offices have believed in just getting the job done, like an assembly line. I've been seeing Dr. A for maybe ten years now, and I've yet to leave with a bleeding mouth, thank goodness! Also, I've been called after hours to have her check on dental services she had performed earlier in the day, making sure I'm not in pain, or discomfort. You don't find many doctors willing to do that any longer. As a bonus, the office is beautifully decorated in a serene manner. It's the small touches like the best smelling anti bacterial hand cleaner and lotions in the bathroom that prove she looks at all the small details in every manner. You're also offered sunglasses or a quilt if you need them during treatment. But for me, I like watching the birds fighting over the feeders while I'm being treated. My only complaint is that she's always bundled up in her white coat with sweaters underneath, resulting in the office being almost too warm during procedures. She's getting better about the temp, but it's still pretty warm most days. Also, it's easy to pass the driveway on Battleground as there are no signs posting her name. If you have a minute, ask to see a picture of her spoiled rotten dog. He's a cutie!
