I don't know what game this place plays but approach with caution. Quote a service- verbally before work gets done- then when you are at the desk ready to pay it's totally different and more expensive. I don't know if it's incompetence on the front desk staff or it's the dentist dictating this methodology. Approach with caution- better yet stay away. I'm done, my wife is done and in fact I know of two other people I used to work with I will relay my experiences. If Dr Bray had a decent personality and treated his patients better it maybe would be worth it, but this guy comes across as entitled and speaks down to his patients. Stay away!
