I'll start off by saying that I do know Dr Henderson. When I needed a second opinion on some dental…read morematters I figured this would be the perfect place to go, since I knew I would get an honest opinion and not just the most expensive option. The front desk staff was really friendly from scheduling my appointment to checking me in. Sometimes medical receptionists aren't the friendliest, hey I get it it, must be a hectic job, but that is not the case here! My hygienist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They used this fancy water pressure thing to clean my teeth and get under the gums a bit instead of sitting there scrapping the whole time. This is a step up from the old way of doing things. After Dr Henderson gave her opinion on what to do about my teeth issue, well technically gum issue, Dr Temple came in to consult as well. He was a really friendly guy and was up front and honest with what his opinion was about how to proceed. More of a we will keep an eye on it than run to the specialist right now and drop $3,000 (literally) on the procedure. They were also clear with me about an antibiotic they could use not being covered by insurance and if I still wanted to do it. Knowing I had the option instead of just getting the bill in the mail is always appreciated. Note: When you walk in the building they share a space with another dentist, go to the left not the right!

So after I met Dr Katelyn socially, my husband and I moved our dental care to her. He particularly liked how in the first-time-patient visit, she did the whole exam rather than leave it all to the dental assistant, and explained what she was doing throughout. I was glad too that she used an ultrasonic cleaner to do what is in my experience done with a metal pick and scraper. It made for a very gentle exam. Be aware, three dentists in two separate practices share the waiting room. The receptionist to the left is for Dr Katelyn.

I highly recommend this orthodontic practice for your needs. I initially had Orthodontics from 2005…read moreuntil 2008 with permanent retainer afterwards. The condition of the retainer caused some slight movement which caused need for bottom braces again. This time it's been less than a year wearing them (April 2024 , with March 17 coming up as the final appointment) with no cost to me because of a recall on the wire. Dr. Mitchell has always taken care to precisely complete her work and now that she's moved on, the other doctors provide a the same level of excellent service. Youth as well as adults are recommended to receive treatment at this office.

My daughter received her braces on her upper teeth from Dr Bartlett in the fourth grade. I was…read moreimpressed that Dr Bartlett spent time with her to learn how she felt about her smile and what our goals were. Dr Bartlett only recommended what was needed to achieve those goals, which was one phase of treatment. We were never pressured to get more services than what was needed. My daughter is now a 12th grader and we are returning to Dr Bartlett to have her retainer replaced after 8 years of wear. The price is less than the quote received from her regular dentist for a replacement retainer. It's important for me to be able to trust that recommendations are based on what is actually needed and not on revenue. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality and caring customer service and support. The office staff are very courteous and professional.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Blake Nelson and his incredible team! They don't just…read moretreat you like a patient--they truly care about you as a person. From the moment you walk in, you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I recently had an emergency tooth issue right before moving out of state, and Dr. Nelson not only returned my voicemail within a few hours but also got me in right away to make sure my tooth was taken care of before my move. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it meant the world to me. What makes Dr. Nelson and his team even more special is how they remember the little things you tell them about your life. When you come back for your next visit, they ask how things are going and genuinely care about what's happening in your world. They connect with you on a personal level, and it never feels like just a dentist appointment--it feels like visiting friends who truly care. Dr. Nelson has a way of making you feel completely at ease, ensuring you leave his office with no worries on your mind. His entire team is just as incredible--kind, compassionate, and always going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The dental hygienists are some of the nicest people I've ever met, always checking in to make sure you're not in pain and reminding you that you're not alone in whatever dental concerns you have. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares--not just about your teeth, but about you--I highly recommend Dr. Blake Nelson and his team. They are simply the best!

Worst experience I ever had with any doctor, office manager change every 6 months and never there…read moreto answer any questions by phone or face to face. I was told my treatment will be two years and cost was over $7k. they referred me to get two teeth pulled and one side placed a spring to keep the space open for a year and half and then asked me when I was getting implant. when told the doctor he is the one gave me referral to get these two teeth pulled due to crowded teeth. then they took spring out and started closing space which caused me not to finish on time. there were times when i needed to wear elastics but was never told to wear. when asked office manager to submit claims to insurance after my one year waiting period was met. she kept giving me run around telling me she is not able to reach insurance company. when asked to send me claims so i can submit my self she did not want to do that either. I told her i am not making more payments until they submit claims to insurance first. tried conference calling with insurance on the phone and no success. office manager told staff not to give me any further appointment but was not there to speak to me when I got upset. they emailed me dismissed form. and told me need to find another orthodontist. I still have spaces in all my teeth two year into braces. some teeth are still not straight. they are a ripp off. will be going to court about this matter.
