Is so excited to finally get a babysitter and a spare 90 minutes to go get a Mani Pedi. (Just had a baby 4 months ago) I called to see if they had openings and was told to come at 415 ( it was 330). I got there on time and waiting a few minutes before anyone even said hello so I picked out a color... Told them I had appt and they nodded. One woman was brought back for her pedicure 10 minutes later and I asked if I was next, now 430... He asked my name again and said soon even though I could see no techs looked close to being done. Another 15 minutes go by and o ask again and the guy up front sets up a visit for me to stick my feet while o wait, now 445. The guy sits down and starts on my feet but I stop him and have to ask him to get new tools since he just picked up the ones that were on the table and didn't get ones that were just sterilized. He breezes through and and is finished within 25 minutes... The lady that started 25 minutes before me is still getting her feet done. I also asked for a manicure but he said he didn't hear me day that and I would have to come back later! What!! You made me wait 30 minutes after my appt time to start, give me a crappy pedicure and note day you can not finish? I say I can not come back, I have an infant waiting for me. So he starts to do the polish, I notice a dark spot on my big toe before he starts... I asked if it was a bruise and he looks and days, "oh, it's nail polish" , are you listing me how do I have mail polish on my toe at the end of you doing a pedicure, isn't that the first thing you do, and the file and buff. What did he do to my get, just put lotion on me? Whatever... He polishes my toes and I ask to pay, I pay (still leave a tip because that's who I am, even though it was not deserved) what s home and a waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTED (Sorry for any typos, I'm typing this one handed with a baby fast asleep on my lap) read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been too! Several months ago I had a pedicure. The technician Nina was so rude throughout the whole pedicure. When I signed in at the desk, I told the girl I just wanted a standard pedicure and that was all. When I got seated and Nina started my pedicure, she kept asking me which one I wanted and kept pointing to a brochure and told me to choose one. I told her only the standard one. She insisted I point to one on the chart, so I pointed to the first one but still told her I only wanted the standard one which was $25. She gave me the worst massage on my feet and legs and talked continually to the technician next to her. At one point I asked her if she would clip a hangnail on my one of my fingers which she did and also shortened that nail with her clippers. She then put some cuticle lotion on both by hands and handed me a cloth to wipe off without saying anything. At the end of the pedicure, she walked over to the manicure station without saying a word and started on another customer. After a few minutes I went to the drying station and then to the front desk to pay. I told the girl I only had the standard pedicure and I added on a $5 tip which was $30 total. After I paid, Nina started making a fuss that it was more. She said it was $38 for pedicure and $7 for partial manicure. I told the girl I only had a hangnail clipped and I thought the charge was unacceptable for the manicure and the pedicure which was more and not what I wanted. I could have had a whole manicure for $15! I paid the $45 and walked out without giving her a tip as I was furious that she charged me that much. Later, I called the owner, Kevin and he apologized and told me the next time I came in , I could have a free manicure. Yesterday, I went in for the manicure and Kevin was doing a manicure on a customer. The girl at the front desk told him I was there for the manicure, and he said that was a long time ago. I told him, I didn't know I had a time limit. As the front desk girl walked away to get a technician to do my nails, I heard him talking to his customer, "How everyone wants something for free." He continued to go on to the customer and laughing out loud with the customer. How Unprofessional! Like $15 is going to break him. Later he came over to me and said " I guess I didn't make myself clear, I meant you could have a free manicure next time you came in for a pedicure." I said "well, that's not what you said. Anyway, the girl that did my manicure was very nice and I tipped her well, as it was not her fault. But I will never go in that salon ever again! Because of that owner, Kevin! He does not deserve any stars, unless they are negative! read more

Got my eyebrows done here! Great price and the guy did really well! He really seemed to care about how they turned out. He said he was finished then had me go back so he could fix some things. I finally found a spot I love and they do a great job. read more

This is the worst nail place ever! I was there for 2 hours to get a basic pedicure, the lady took an hour to take off my gel polish, she didn't use a scrub on my legs or my feet. I asked her to put a flower on my toe and she did this half dot thing, after she drained the water she asked you just want a basic pedicure right that was after being there two hours! The price sheet says a basic pedicure is 23 dollars..when I got up to pay she told me 45 dollars I said for what?!? Gel pedicure I said this not on your price sheet? Well I charged you 5 dollars for the flower....I said what flower I don't even know what the heck that is???? I've never not given some one a tip, I typically tip 10 dollars for a pedicure when I actually have a pedicure not a two hour 45 dollar polish change! This place sucks! read more

After trying several other places in town, Linda is the only one I trust to do my nails! She delivers EXACTLY what I ask and is THE best time you'll have while getting your nails done. Highly recommend! read more

This was the worst experience at a nail salon that I have EVER had!! Unbelievable!!! It was OK when I first walked in. Friendly enough. But the moment I sat down...it got very cold. The man continually hurt me even after I told him he was hurting me. He didn't say one word the entire time he was doing my nails and the end result was AWFUL. They were done sloppy...basically half ass. Nail polish smeared on the side and an uneven fill. Horrible! I am an easy going person...but never again for me. This is rare for me to write a review...but I wasn't going to let this one slip by...STAY AWAY!!!! I am sure the good reviews are friends. Trust me! Oh...the most comical thing about it all? The very end when it killed me to pay him...he got very friendly and had the friggin' nerve to ask me...is $27 your total amount? He honestly expected me to tip him. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...We go to have a nice, calming experience...to enjoy ourselves...I didn't get any of this. read more

Linda is incredible! Extremely helpful, professional and of course my nails look amazing! Set up an appointment with her asap you won't regret it! read more

The receptionist told me I could come in and see someone right away for my pedicure.. upon arriving I waited ten minutes in the waiting area, got put in a chair finally and was told the girl that was supposed to do my pedicure was finishing up. Waiting another 15-20 minutes only for her to work on someone else. If you can handle the volume then don't take walk-ins. read more

Love coming here to get my nails and toes done, Linda is my favorite I go to her every time! I pretty much never have to wait she's always ready for me when my appointment is scheduled, she's quick but still does an amazing job & I never feel like she's rushing to to get to the next person. read more

They do a great job... Fast... Priced well... My go to nail salon!

Had my first and last pedicure there. Worst pedicure I've ever had, the staff is rude and they miss quoted me the price when I call them on the phone. Terrible job and I'm going home to take it off. A waste of money don't waste your time. read more

In my opinion..... HORRIBLE Customer Service.... I will NEVER go back to this place again!!!!! I took my mom here to give them a try and it was horrible.. The lady that I had was rude and mean. I was talking to my mom and my foot moved and she grabbed my leg with her fingers and picked it up and slammed it to the place she wanted it to be at and left a bruises on my leg. I did let the lady that was working on me that I was extremely rude. After that incident I did let her know that I'm ticklish and sensitive on the bottom of my feet so if she would know. When she took the pumice stone to the bottom of my foot I pulled away a little because being ticklish and (she) the pedicurist grabbed my foot and told me to stop moving and held my foot down hard. I was very upset and told her so.. The other lady (pedicurist) that was working on my mom was using the implements on my mother very hard and unnecessarily. I asked my mom if she was okay and she said that it was a little painful but my mom never wants to make a scene so she dealt with the painful pedicure. I wouldn't ever put up with bad service which is why I am putting up this review... My mom told her that she was too rough but I do not believe that she spoke English because my mom told her twice and she never even stopped or even looked up at her at all. The other issue that I have is... The implements were not clean.. They took the implements out of this plastic bag that was not sealed and poured them out in a towel. I noticed that at the end of this disaster of a pedicure that they both saved the bag that the implements came in and put them right back into that same bag. While the pedicure was being done, I also noticed that when she was cleaning my toes that any extra dead skin and clippings, she put back into my water that my feet were soaking in.. Absolutely gross!!!! read more

Decided it was time to write a review which I very rarely do. Have been going to Anthem Nails since they opened and would highly recommend them. Get pedicures and manicures there and would not consider going anywhere else. I make appointments and they always take me on time and do an excellent job. People are friendly and I look forward to going there. read more

Called for a pedicure appointment today, as I was told it was better to have an appt. than to walk in. When I got to Anthem Nails, I was told it would be a 10 or 15 minute wait. I expressed that I had an appt. and this man (I think it was the owner) who was giving someone a manicure said "What you can't wait 10 minutes". I did wait not only 10 minutes but 25 minutes. Three people, walk-ins, were taken before me. A young lady that was there to get her eyebrows done was taken and she said I think she was next. The asshole man (owner) said to the woman to take her next. When I said he only told us 10 min. and I had already waited 25 and I had an appt. He flipped me off and said good bye. Apparently this man does not need my business as he was not appreciative of my business. He was rude beyond belief. I will spread the word, as I live in Anthem and am just around the corner. Karma is a bitch, and you'll get yours. read more

My best friend and I came in here Sunday morning - we drove from LA and we got to Stateline way earlier than expected so we decided to go have breakfast, walk around, shop, etc. Anyway, we wanted facials and our nails done so we came here and the sign said they open at 10:30am on Sundays so we said it's fine we have an hour to kill. All of a sudden this woman opens the door and waves at us to come in - it was 9:15! So we were extremely happy about that. My best friend got her nails a pastel pink with pink glitter over it (gel), and I had a pedicure by another woman. There were only these 2 women in here at the time. When the salon actually opened it got really busy. She did a great job on my pedi and gave me a great massage, wish I could remember her name. But I wanted a facial and this was after everyone had came in already, Julie gave me my facial and it was excellent!! She also gave me a really great massage too, I really enjoyed the service we got here. Next time we go to Vegas/Stateline we will definitely be back! read more

A friend and I made appointments here for 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived a couple minutes early, signed in and selected polish, and sat down to wait. It wasn't until we had been there for 10 minutes that an employee even acknowledged us, and our pedicures didn't start until 3pm for my friend, and several minutes after that for me. Once my pedicure began, it did not appear that the tools used had been sanitized - they were just pulled out of a drawer. The salon also has terrible ventilation - it smelled more strongly of chemicals and nail polish, acetone, etc. than your average salon. It was also much too warm - they must be trying to save money on air conditioning, it was very uncomfortable. When we were done we stood by the front desk for a couple minutes and had to ask if we could pay so that we could finally leave. Although my pedicure looks good, I would never return here due to the lack of professionalism from start to finish, and the apparent lack of sanitation. read more

The service here was horrible! I came in and got a French-tip manicure with a four-leaf clover on each ring finger (she didn't even know what a four-leaf clover was!). First mistake, the woman who did my nails barely spoke English, and was constantly talking to her co-workers in Chinese. Second mistake, the lady kept making and answering phone calls while she was doing my nails. Third mistake, whenever I asked a question she would answer it so I could barely hear her...when I was right in front of her face. Fourth mistake, when I went to pay for the service I paid with my debit card. When I searched for the line to leave a tip, I asked the lady who swiped my card and said, "Oh too late, sorry." No tip was left, because the service was absolutely horrible. If I were to ever treat my guests at work like that, I would be fired! This is ridiculous! If future customers want to be treated like dirt, this is DEFINITELY the place for you. And, it you're going to work and live in America, speak the language. It's rude and disrespectful not to. read more
