I chose the pomegranate eggplant, fried cauliflower, and their "Mama Ganoush," a roasted eggplant dip similar to baba ganoush. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I've been on the hunt for good lamb chops, and let me tell you, these were exactly what I've been craving. I haven't had much luck finding lamb chops that really impress me lately, but these absolutely lived up to my standards. I asked for them to be grilled a little longer because I love that extra charred flavor, and they came out perfect juicy on the inside, beautifully grilled on the outside, packed with flavor, and with no gamey taste at all.
