To whom it may concern, My husband and I are full-time…read moremusicians. We have been regular customers of Forgotten Treasures for years now. I recently discovered they are on Facebook, where I requested an item I saw in the store. I texted them at 11pm and they texted me right back to reserve that item, and was told they would call me first thing in the morning to purchase and pick up item. Great service. As musicians, my husband and I had performed 3 times a month at the Columbus Flea Market when they had music. This is how we discovered this store on our way to our many gigs in the area. Also, I consider ourselves flea market junkies & thrift store experts in our off-hours. Forgotten Tresures is not your average thrift store. This place is very clean. Don't expect to walk into this store to find old shoes or clothes, or rusty old pots. Forgotten Treasures is much more than that. This is a high end thrift store, NO broken-down furniture here. They constantly have brand new stuff in boxes that they assemble there, from furniture, exercise equipment, patio furniture, home health supplies, camping items. Also: makeup, kitchen items, toys, and a host of sundries. The furniture items, being already assembled, saves us a lot of hassle and time. This place has so much wonderful bargain new stuff. Through the years we have saved tons of $$$$ here. The staff is very friendly, and helpful, and I always look forward to seeing them and their beautiful gentle parrots Rex & Mushy, when they would display them. This is a must-visit store. You will never be disappointed. Signed, Two Satisfied customers, You Guys Rock!! Sue & Marty (Hitz Squad Music)

When I got there they told me one motor was dead and couldn't be fixed and charged me $60+ tax for the other (2 body screws and one contact). I went and to put it on the track and when I took it out of the box the coupler fell off. Tried putting it back on and the screw was to short and the body needed to be filed down so that the coupler box would fit next to the body and the coupler would meet up to the height of couplers on other cars.. A short time later; I was able to put it on the track. This is my favorite car and can pull 15 feet of cars up a grade. Turned on the transformer and the train wouldn't move. Gave it a small push in case the wheels or track was dirty. Went back and turned transformer on again and turned up the throttle. Didn't move. Did all of this 3 times. On the 4th try I turned up the throttle high and shorted it out (blew fuse) on transformer. I called and they said to bring it back. Doug the manager was not in. I gave them my number and asked to have him call. It's been more than 2 days and still no call.
