This is the third year my husband and I have rented from Patty at ANP rentals. We have always had a wonderful experience and this year was no different. We opt for delivery and pick up of our camper and it is always there and ready when we arrive. Patty is professional and readily available for questions and/or concerns. We rented from this place in the past their 28' outback. It is an older trailer, and had things unsecured and flapping on the roof which was unaccessible, we were flagged by several drivers. It was very scary to pull, it weaved all over the road. Now we know they should've offered a swaybar for the towing. The worst part was that it smelled horrible like sewage from the start. We called the number, and they said to put more chemical, which we had put 3x the amount and it still stank. They also advised us to tow the trailer back on our return day with the flapping roof parts, noone would come and address the issues so we were stuck the whole weekend in New Braunfels with a poo smelling trailer. No compensation offered. There are better choices you can rent from, with newer models for the same price, that do the correct maintenance and sanitary tank flushes after each rental. Hindsight is better than Foresight... hopefully not in your case- shop around. read more

If I could give negative stars I would, these people seemed very nice and willing to work with you at first. I had an issue with the trailer l rented from them, shortly after arriving and setting up the trailer several things weren't working. I called Patty and explained my problem. Her advice was it was too hot outside and she suggested we wait until dark to try running the air-conditioner, she was in the meantime looking for a mobile mechanic to come repair it. If I couldn't get it working that night I was to call her the next day. So nothing worked and we were left to sleep in our truck. I called the next morning, and was told she couldn't find a mechanic to come fix it and she offered to replace the trailer and give a refund. So I drove 85 miles to trade out trailers only to be told she had no more trailers to give me and all she could do was give me my money back and she would start the refund on the deposit. Upon returning home after my trip I called today and asked about the deposit to which I was told I would not be getting back because "I fried the trailer" and "I was the one who damaged it" I asked how that could be when I was able to get an electrician to come out (at my expense) and tell me all the hookups were just fine and the problem was with the trailer. I was also able to get another trailer and hook it up to the same pole and not have any problems with it at all! I will be blasting this company to any and all that I know rent on a regular basis...(I work for Alamo fireworks and know at least 100 operators) and letting them know the kind of people they would be dealing with if they go there. I for one will never go back to this horrible place and would not suggest anyone else does either. read more

Would not recommend. Will not use again, EVER! Trailer we rented was outdated and not cleaned well, and was not well maintained. We had several people on the highway tell us something was unsecured and flapping on top of the trailer. We couldn't figure it out and there was no access to the roof. Had to preclean ourselves to use. Even had to clean up someone else's pubic hair ugh.There was a horrible stench throughout our 3 night rental. The blackwater said full as soon as we set up. We put the provided deodorizer and called. Broke everything down, went and tried to dump it, resetup and added even extra deoderizer our friends had, to try and make it bearable. The smell remained. I couldn't pee without gagging. To make matters worse the vent fan was broken. Told them about the loose part and the sewage problem. They do not have service to send out with issues. We were totally disgusted! They didn't offer any compensation for their poor offerings to boot. I could kick myself after we found out that American dream vacations has nicer, new models for less cost, are sanitized upon return and again before rental. They also have onsite service should any issue arise. Guess where we will be renting from next time. read more
