Nick was amazing and kept checking in that I liked shape, thickness, color... I'll be scheduling with him moving forward. Also of note- these mani's are hard and they last. I'm not a high-maintenance person and have always enjoyed my visits there for basic manicures and pedicures. Today, I went in for a simple gel polish removal. While I was quietly chatting with the nail technician about our kids and everyday life, the male manager (I believe his name is Bebe) suddenly started yelling at me. Completely out of nowhere, he told me to get out. I had noticed the atmosphere had become more hostile recently, but I never expected to be treated this way. I was shocked, embarrassed, and left in tears. I didn't fully understand everything that was being said, but I understood enough to know that it was completely inappropriate and upsetting. I left with my nails unfinished because I wasn't willing to stay while he continued yelling at both me and the technician. In all my years as a customer, I have never been treated so disrespectfully. What should have been a simple appointment turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Each nail is super thick and she kept piling on the gel polish and a clear top coat. The nails are inconsistently shaped, some are even lumpy and as you can see from the photos the sides are not smooth or fully painted. The design I chose was too difficult for her so I simplified it for her and it looked just OK. Linda got gel polish on my finger and proceeded to use a nail file to file it off, hurting me and damaging my skin. I mentioned it to her and she said "I have to use the file to get the gel polish off your finger," and did it again! Ouch! I went immediately to dinner at my boss's home, and tried hide my hands as much as possible, it was so embarrassing. I made an appointment with my regular nail salon for this weekend to have this taken off and start from scratch. I was also surprised that she started my appointment and then mid-manicure, went over and worked on another woman. She did this twice while I sat there waiting for her. I won't be back.

I came in and she fixed the two nails plus put 2-3 more unnecessary layers of the dip on top of the existing nails making them look too thick and gaudy. Two days later the same thing happened... the nails popped off one by one. I lost my money, time and spent the holidays stressed out and embarrassed because nails kept popping off and I had to just take them off revealing my ruined nail beds underneath. I am an easygoing customer... I always give a business the benefit of the doubt... this woman should not be in business. I've never been more disrespected or scammed by a beauty professional. I'm a hairdresser and I do manis and pedis 15+years so I know what professionalism is and this place isn't even close. RUN

The lines weren't clean at all, and the design just looked thrown together. I paid $50 for nails that I didn't like and that weren't done well, and then they tried to charge me extra just for the design.
