Great breakfast place, food was very delicious and bright out quickly. Brayden was an awesome server. Will be returning

Great variety of traditional and unique menu selections. We have been here a couple of times now and the food and service have been excellent! Only issue is that it's kind of small and you likely will have to wait (at least in the morning). read more

Had the opportunity to have brunch here so we checked it out, the location is a little difficult to get to being on campus within a larger building. The place is neat though, and was fairly lively. The service throughout was very attentive and friendly. They were busy and so we ended up sitting at the bar which was a good choice since we had a majority of the bar to ourselves. We got a free order of beignets that were really tasty. They had a lot of breakfast cocktails that sounded good but maybe for another time. I ordered pancakes that came with eggs and sausage, I was stuffed. Wife had an omelette, all in all food was good, service was better. read more

Delicious brunch, but not anything special! Friendly staff and good location. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. I ordered one of their omelettes, it was so yummy. The friend who I got breakfast with got an omelette too and it had completely no cheese on it. Maybe a small disconnect between the waiters and the cooks! read more

Amazing breakfast spot in West Lafayette. Great service and wonderful food. Bloody Mary's are the best! Cheyenne provides great service at the bar. read more

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back! I had a Louisiana crawfish skillet, but I had trouble choosing between that and a lobster Bree omelette. Next time I will get both! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - West Lafayette, Indiana

This place is a good addition to the west side. The place itself is not very big so when we got there about 10am on a Sunday, the wait for just two of us was about 45min. One thing they do well is that they use an app called NoWait that shows your place in line and they will text you when your table is ready. One thing we did not know until after sitting down is that the bar is first come, first serve. So if you want to keep one eye open on the bar for a seat you might get in faster. The food was very good. I got the cinnamon roll french toast and a half order of biscuits and gravy. The biscuits & gravy were the best I've had out because they actually had real flavor. My wife got a chocolate milk that came in a malt glass with whip cream on top. It looked more like a shake but she said it was really good. read more

Our "Go to" place for breakfast with great food, coffee & service! We always feel welcomed and appreciated by Cheyenne. Give it a try, you'll want to go back. read more

Omg Delicious breakfast spot. must try the shrimp and Grits. Fast service got food great service and delicious food.

If you're looking for a great breakfast and I mean great breakfast don't waste your money here. Go a few miles north to the small town of Battle Ground and eat at The Eye Opener. The prices are at least half the prices at ABE and the food isn't greasy. A group of us came to ABE for a team lunch this week but I can only speak for my own meal. The mild roast coffee was really good but the Supreme Omelet was soooooo greasy I didn't eat more than a half of it. If I have to eat here again I would try a waffle or something. They can't be greasy, right? read more

Please someone tell me why I can't seem to like this place. I have been so many times with all sorts of friends and I just can't stand it. Besides the beignets, which are the only decent thing I've tried, the dishes never seem to be quite right. The coffee is okay, with the exception of the time my coffee tasted like bleach. I got huevos rancheros and the "fried" tortilla was more similar to an over fried wafer with a thick layer of bean pepper water at the bottom. It was bizarre. The eggs don't seem to be cooked right in any of the skillets I've had. The salsa is flavorless. I'm utterly confused by this place but it seems like everyone else loves it! read more

Awesome is the best word to describe them. Amazing menu, great food, terrific service.

As a student at Purdue, I always like going to Another Broken Egg, especially when I have family or friends in town. I would say the downsides of it are that it's pretty expensive so especially for students it might not be the best option if you aren't looking to break the bank. Another one is the wait times are super long especially if you try to go Saturday or Sunday morning because of how small the place is. However, since you can check in on yelp it makes it a lot easier to know how long you will have to wait for without going there. The big upsides are the service has always been good and the people are super friendly there. Also the food is really really good, I would recommend pretty much anything on the menu because I have never had anything I didn't like. Overall a super good breakfast place, especially if you are looking for something a little nicer. read more

The food is alright, same as any average brunch joint. They are under staffed and the last time I went the hostess was pretty rude. Not worth a long wait, but if no line, then try! read more

They have a good selection on their menu. Granted, it's most egg-centric, as the name would suggest. There's also an alcohol selection and a bar, which is not something that's found on the north side of campus. A small thing to keep in mind is that there isn't a restroom inside the restaurant because it's part of a multi-use building to include classrooms and labs. I believe the bathroom is located in the back hallway. I'm not sure because I didn't go looking for it. read more

I am a student at Purdue University. This was one my first times ever eating in here and it definitely made me want to come back. From the second we walked in we were being greeted with happy smiles on their faces. Then after we got sat. Our server, Cheyenne, was already asking us what we would like to drink. She was very generous. She made sure our waters were always topped off and made sure we were happy with everything. It was quick service, food was fresh, and tasted amazing. A job well done Another Broken Egg Cafe. I will be back. read more

My friends already mentioned this place to me & told me it's a MUST try so we did! Advice for those who are not familiar with this area , they have a parking space in the back the staff are friendly & the place is clean . I enjoyed our refillable coffee it's actually decent, it also has free wifi , not bad at all ... It was a bit of a wait before our food arrived but it's not bad since they have flat screen tvs inside by the "bar" where u can wAtch the game ... You can also do a little people watching while waiting since it has big glass windows facing the street read more

It takes a long time to get a table - they should expand into a larger space because the demand is definitely there. The app really helps with the wait time - wish I could remember what the app is called, but it's like Open Table. No Wait, maybe? The food is amazing. Service is good. Prices are a little on the high side for breakfast, but the menu is interesting enough to support the prices. Coffee is excellent. Every food item I have had has been really good, although the breakfast potatoes could use a little oomph. Overall one of the best places for a nice breakfast in WL. read more

Had a great experience with my family for breakfast. The atmosphere was fun and the food was phenomenal. Alexis, our server, was very sweet and attentive. read more

Location was great, but food was not tasty for the high cost. Smoked salmon egg Benedict came with very plain bagel that was not even toasted, and pancake was tough. read more

Me and my boyfriend's Friday morning always starts from a delicious meal from broken egg. I have to say that the lobster and brie omelet is a must try here. You will definitely love it and come here again and again for that. However, there is always a long wait here and waiters are busy taking care of other costumes. So PATIENT is not you thing (like me) just ask your friends to get a take out for ya. Besides lobster omelet, my next best choice is American traditional breakfast. Easy, fast and it taste fine. read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Cups of Tea - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - West Lafayette, Indiana

The service at Another Broken Egg was awesome on top of the delicious food! I went in there asking for a patio seat but they could not find the keys. However they were swift with resolving the issue and the manager made me feel really special by providing my friend and I a complimentary beignet. (Btw they were really delicious!) also the server was super helpful and she brought tons of humor on the side. It was just an overall really good brunch! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Left: simple classic egg Benedict. Right: beignets - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - West Lafayette, Indiana

The best crabcake Benedict ever. I have had this dish at a lot of these locations and the Purdue location is by far the best I have ever had. Thanks for starting off my son's graduation day with an unbelievable breakfast. Service was exceptional as well. read more

We visited Another Broken Egg several weeks ago on a Sunday morning. We initially were told it would be a 45 minute wait, which ended up being a 2 hour wait. We finally were seated and ordered immediately. It took another hour to receive our meal. Our order was "lost." The food was mediocre, and it seemed like they were running out of food. At least our waitress was good and apologetic for the very long wait. They seemed understaffed and overall it was a negative experience. read more

Poor service, which we actually expected would happen by sitting outside. But they took care of the customers who had dogs faster (which they didn't even have reservations) .... It took 5-10 mins for everything we asked. 30 mins for a mimosa. I had to ask another waiter to take our check in which she was annoyed about having to help us. I have never had a bad experience here until today. read more

For Lafayette-West Lafayette, this is 4 stars. But for the rest of the world, it's just okay. It is definitely (DEFINITELY) the best breakfast in the area. Most places are greasy diners that just fry up frozen pre-packaged crap. This place has a great selection of more unusual items and cooks all of them well. I'm a hot chocolate freak, and that's the only thing I've been disappointed by: It typically comes to the table lukewarm. It's also expensive, relatively speaking, which sucks, cuz I like eating breakfast out. The parking lot can be hard to find, too, but once you've found it the first time, it's not hard to find a space. read more

I came in for breakfast and had trouble Choosing what to eat because there were so many great options. The Lucy omelet was a generous portion and had a nice kick. The biscuit beneigts were delicious although might have had a touch too much powdered sugar. Staff was polite and attentive, short wait for my food. I'd come again. read more

Excellent breakfast! Loved it. Had the power pancakes and husband had southwest scramble. Both delicious! Sat at the bar, everything we saw around us looked so good. Will definitely be back. Recommend using waitlist as the wait times were long. But so worth it ;-). read more

I've been here probably ten times and have never been let down-- I typically order off of their seasonal menu, but their bananas foster (I think that's what it's called) pancakes are amazing as well. Also, do NOT come here without trying their beignets!!! The orange marmalade that comes with them gives it a unique twist-- you won't be disappointed. read more

Definitely one of the best breakfast stops in town. Especially if you're looking for some mimosas! Great service, amazing food, and quality drinks. read more

Loved it, always delicious! We had a chance to stop there for breakfast today, always the go-to.

Went here for brunch last Saturday. It was amazing! I had the lobster and Brie omelette and it was perfect. Lobster bits were the size of a nickel and there was a ton. Service was quick and delightful. I will definitely be back. read more

My husband and I have gone to this restaurant at another location in Indianapolis once and loved it so thought we'd give this one a try in our new city. We were pleasantly surprised then and now at how tasty the food is given that it's a chain restaurant. He ordered the lobster and brie omelette while I ordered a special of the day and the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancake-all of it was delicious. The unique selections combined with the taste make this one of our favorite breakfast spots. To top this particular experience off we had an excellent server. read more

Very busy, but we were able to sit at the bar and get fast service. The food was good and came out in a timely fashion. It was busy, but the bartender could have been more attentive. My water cup was empty for a very long time. We will definitely return to this location for brunch. read more

The food here is definitely excellent but my wait time has never been less than 30-45 minutes and it's usually more like an hour. It seems to me that should be a sign you need to upgrade to a larger location but they've stayed here for 3 years with those wait times. Please. Move. I want to get in in a more reasonable amount of time. You're not chicago's wildberry, you're a chain. It's not THAT worth the wait read more
