Always exceeds my expectations. The food is absolutely delicious and fills me up every time. The manager Cole knows me by name and always greets me when I come in to eat. He's awesome!! read more

This was a great spot for one last family meal before leaving our Freshman at Purdue. The biegnets are fresh and a great start and the coffee is perfectly roasted. Out server Katie was so personable and made great food recommendations. The menu has so many great choices that we will be back to try more! read more

This is normally one of our favorite breakfast spots but unfortunately, we will probably never be back. The service was slower than usual but they were particularly busy so we were prepared for that but the kitchen failed on multiple accounts. My omelette was burnt to the point that the chorizo was crusty and almost black so half of the omelette was inedible. It was brought out with avocado that had black lines all over it because it was going bad. The soda fountain was out of service which was disappointing but things happen. Because of this, we had to get water. The first water was fine but when they finally came back to refill it, the water tasted very salty. Our friends omelet came out with a hair on it. Maybe it was just a bad day for the kitchen because we normally love this place. read more

To put this place in perspective....it was started by the founders of Ruth's Chris. With that said....this location was well done. It is conveniently located on the east side of campus within walking distance. The store is newer and very well decorated. You feel welcomed and know you are in a special place right off the bat. We went for breakfast only. The breakfast menu was small but sufficient. You won't find your typical mix of breakfast food items like you would at a dinner. Most items are limited to more gourmet things like omelets, pan cakes, French toast. I ordered the Chez B's omelet which was very fresh and tasty. It came with an English muffin which was nicely prepared. Try the pepper sauce that is special to this franchise - very good! The service was good. The chef/GM came out an talked to use as well. All nice touches. The prices will be a bit higher than a regular dinner. But the experience is nice. Give it a try once. read more

The service was great and there was lots of great breakfast foods! The ambiance is calm, great for when my grandparents came into town.

We get this place catered to work probably once a month. The food is great. It's always delivered on time

The best brunch place in West Lafayette! Over and over the outstanding service matches the phenomenal food. The coffee selection is just as great as the cocktails, making it difficult to refrain from ordering both. The manager Myles is always a great representation of the kind of person you want running your favorite establishment. If you haven't tried the Egg yet, stop scrolling and make your reservation! read more

Floridian Omelette. Hands down my favorite item on their menu. They use to be open a lot longer, but they are only open until around 2 pm now. I definitely wish they were open longer, because typically they are busy and the wait is about 10-15 minutes. The staff is always friendly and super nice! Shared parking lot is behind the building and it is only for about 90 minutes. Other than that, great place for brunch! read more

Another Broken Egg Cafe - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - West Lafayette, Indiana

This place is definitely busy on the weekends and they don't take call ahead. It was a 35 minute wait for a table but thankfully we squeezed in at the bar after Nick told us which group he thought would be leaving soonest. The servings are pretty generous, I didn't finish mine! The the mimosa menu is honestly the reason we came and it was great!! Service was great and the bartender very friendly, he even congratulated me when he found out we were going wedding dress shopping afterwards. We'll be back!! read more

My fiancée and I have been frequenting Another Broken Egg Café for about a year now and we go every few weeks--they have yet to disappoint us. We took friends from out of town and they, too, were very happy with the food! Our usual orders are the Crab Cake Benedict and the Crab Cake and Fried Green Tomatoes with either mimosas or spiked cold brew coffees. They're both delicious and very filling. The food is great and the waitstaff is very nice! Worth the wait and the usual $50 tab! read more

Never been to Indiana, found this place on yelp hole searching for a "healthy " breakfast after a day with grams filled with burgers all day ... WOW! Spiked iced cold brew coffee are a must! Got the captain morgans one, they put this marshmallow caramel foam from the heavens on it! Food: I got the egg white asparagus goat cheese omelette, had whole chunks of garlic in it that wasn't too over powering , boyfriend had the cinnamon roll French toast. For the "fresh fruit " side I expected the typical cantaloupe/melon/grape mix , they had fresh blackberries/strawberries/watermelon. The sausage side that came with his amazing cinnamon cakes was homemade Wait staff was attentive, manager or owner came to tables to ask how food was/ if he could get/do anything else Overall great experience, extra attention to detail made all the difference , when I come visit my grams again definitely coming back! Didn't exactly keep it healthy as planned but left feeling amazing read more

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I had the eggs benedict and a side order of beignets. Will visit again. Thanks for the nice food.

I'm a huge fan of ABE. The food is tasty, the service is great, and I always feel welcome there. The omelettes are so good that I haven't tried much else -- I always tell myself I'll order something different, but then I get the same things. 'Cause they're GOOD. Also, I'm not sure how, but the WATER tastes good -- not like the usual awful limey West Lafayette tap water -- it tastes like bottled water. The gravelly-voiced manager is also very friendly and makes sure we're satisfied. All in all, a great place to go. read more

A very well curated menu with gluten-friendly options and plenty of cocktails to choose from. One of my favorite brunch spots in town, not only because of the food but the service is always great as well. A definite must if you are in the area! read more

Went there on a Saturday morning, joined the waitlist and checked in but still waited another 20 minutes. Ordered berry pancakes and they were good, but nothing special. My friend ordered an iced coffee and it tasted like milk... wouldn't recommend. Service was slow and waitress forgot our side of pancakes and wasn't very friendly. read more

The first sign that this wasn't going to be a great meal was when our cups of tea water arrived, barely tepid. A bit later the waitress brought the tea bags. The meals also needed re-heating, but the waitress was so busy that we just ate what was there. I'd rate this place an "eh," except for the really friendly waitress. I wonder where they found the itty-bitty English muffins and the super-tiny plastic tubs of whipped butter. In order to butter the muffin, I had to open a couple of those plastic tubs. I would have liked a bit of jelly too, but had wasted too much plastic already opening these things. read more

Make sure you get the beignets when you go for the first time! Great mimosas and environment.

This is an awesome brunch spot. Make sure you use the Yelp app or NoWait to reserve your spot in line, especially on weekends. Today I went and got the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes, which were delicious! The pancakes themselves were smaller than what one would expect for a brunch place. My boyfriend got an omelette that was good but wasn't fully filled with omelette goodies. The potatoes were well seasoned and tasted great. The coffee was good as well. A wonderful place that I have been to twice now and will continue to visit. I like the large menu and seasonal offerings. I'd love to see some larger pancakes! read more

Brayden! Pancakes, coffee, everything! Wow needs 50 more characters. Pancakes! Kim mimosa

First time for us, after my college kid talk about it so much. Poached eggs cooked perfectly on my Eggs Banidic, not too crazy about the raw green onions for the finished. Biscuits with gravy was the best, however the gravy wasn't as flavable as usual. Love the unique mugs, according to them, it was made locally and you can purchase the mug from them. read more

Dry food, horrible service, no flavor. No option when ordering online to omit meat, so vegetarians should probably steer clear. Had to discard half of my overpriced food because it was covered in meat that I didn't order, but it's probably for the better since the food was bland anyways. At least they tried!.......... read more

Maegan was awesome yesterday morning great service and very friendly! I had the chicken and waffles which were terrific.

Great gluten free and vegan options, the wait sucks but with it being one of the only brunch spots on campus it's understandable.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is my family's favorite brunch destinations. Meals are innovative and upscale. Service has always been excellent. Vinny was personable and friendly and took great pride in the menu, making sure we were well-taken-care-of. Mistakes have been made on previous trips, but their recovery has always been expedient and exceeded expectations. If you go, sign in online to avoid a lengthy wait. It's a popular and busy destination for a reason! Excellent food and experience. Only wish they had more room . Insider tip -The City Grits are well worth the upgrade! read more

First time visiting for my mom's birthday. Awesome waitress--super friendly, upbeat, and very helpful. She fixed one order that came back less than satisfactory and was very knowledgeable about the menu. read more

Great service. Katie has great energy and makes the dine in experience so fun!! Would definitely go every day if possible. All I want is breakfast food all the time! read more

I think this place is way overrated. I have had better food at a Taco Bell breakfast. My biscuits were dry, my gravy was tasteless, my husband didn't love his meal at all. The only good thing we both agreed on was the chicken strips in our meals. I wouldn't recommend and will not return. read more

Wow, their service is way below my expectations. So I just spent $20 at this unsafe restaurant where the waiter constantly ignored me during my visit. Despite the fact that there were only two tables of customers (including me) when I dined there, the waiter who served me never asked me if I needed more coffee, and it took him more than ten minutes to pick up my check after I finished my meal. He had no trouble serving coffee to the other table though, and I wonder why. Worst of all, he failed to understand that his bandana WOULD NOT WORK IF it did not cover his nose. This is just horrible. read more

Nice to have a cute sit-down spot on Purdue's campus. Serves breakfast food all day without being an IHOP, so great job already :) Decent selection for vegetarians if you like eggs or pancakes, but not if you don't. Thankfully, the staff seem willing to accommodate substitutions and they offer an off-menu veggie patty for a surcharge (you'll have to sub the meat for one of these in an existing menu item). It wasn't busy on our visit, but I noticed they offer a waitlist via their Yelp page-- handy for inevitable brunch crowds! read more

Definitely a must-eat in Lafayette/West Lafayette! Amazing, creative breakfast dishes. Kind of pricey, but I'm always full afterward. Be prepared to wait a long while. Call in is recommended for sure. Take advantage of their mimosas! I also love their Mexican breakfasts. Very tasty? read more

Great experience would definitely come again... Big Shout out to the server, Paula. She was great and gave outstanding service.

Sophie was the best , she greeted us with a smile and never missed a beat. The food was wonderful , so many choices!

Great breakfast choices. Unique and tasty items that gives a large variety of choices. Great service and friendly faces make your experience awesome. read more

Weekend waiting time is horrible. They let you wait even they have many empty tables. They take your phone number but don't confirm. So they wrote my number down wrong and we never got a text and had to wait for 1 hour unnecessarily. When I approached the person who took my number wrong, she didn't even apologize. They need to train their employees better than this. The food was OK. The casual chain restaurant standard level. But out server was nice and sweet. We didn't walk out because of her. read more

This restaurant has just opened, but even so it was a great experience. The waitress was knowledgeable about all of the dishes, and gave good information about everything. I ordered a sweet potato pancake, eggs and bacon. The eggs were very good. The pancake was huge, and delicious although not exactly my cup of tea. I would not get it again, but it's not any fault of the cooks or anything. Again, the staff had great training, the food was prompt and delicious. Unfortunately very few drink options, it would be nice to have a more extensive coffee menu. read more

Finally, a real place to eat in Lafayette. Unhealthy without being deep fried or smothered in gravy is a rare find in this town. This place delivers. Monster cinnamon roll was delicious. The black bean eggs benadict were great. The chipolte hollandaise was full of chipolte flavor. My only complaint about it would be the eggs were slightly over poached, but that didn't ruin it for me. The coffee was also hot, fresh and delicious. We sat at the bar because there was no wait, the bartender was friendly, attentive, and funny. Overall, good atmosphere. Wish there were more than like 4 outside tables though. read more
