He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

Pros they offer a discount to Military, Vets and LEO etc., As good of customer service as you can expect. Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. I'd like to see more items for AR platforms and less apparel, though I got my eye on that M-65, just for nostalgia.

This happened with my previous purchase, it ended up taking 1.5 months. I thought that I would give them another shot, since it has been a year, yet same crap, different day. Avoid this place like the Plague, if it were free shipping, I'd cut them them some slack...but paying that much to have crap service...not acceptable. CS doesn't even offer apologies or anything, I'm sure that she (or AI) is tired of taking the anger of all of the unhappy customers, with no real explanations to offer. Signs are all messed up and since items are moved constantly it was hard to know what was on sale and what was not. I also am not sure they really have "outlet" prices. Some of the prices were still pretty high and I wasn't sure if saving $3-$5 was really worth it. I would rather order online and not deal with the store. Not sure I want to go back anytime soon.
