He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

The guy who showed it to me was accommodating enough. Pros they offer a discount to Military, Vets and LEO etc., As good of customer service as you can expect. Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. I'd like to see more items for AR platforms and less apparel, though I got my eye on that M-65, just for nostalgia.

A legendary name in baseball equipment, Rawlings is currently the official supplier of baseballs to…read moreMajor League Baseball (MLB) and the unofficial, though dominant, supplier of gloves and related gear to both MLB and Minor League Baseball. Founded by the Rawlings brothers of Saint Louis in 1897, Rawlings is now a joint venture of the private equity firm, the Seidler Group and MLB Properties which is interesting only because MLB has complete control over the construction of the official balls used in MLB games and has feigned ignorance when questioned about their role in altering the design to either promote or discourage home runs. Independent tests of the balls have routinely shown that during periods of enhanced offense, the balls have been wrapped significantly tighter to enhance their velocity off the bat. The balls themselves are manufactured in a closely guarded facility in Costa Rica and despite being synonymous with "horsehide" over the years, cowhide has traditionally been the cover of choice. All that to say that Rawlings remains a venerable name around the grand old game as my 30 y/o outfielders glove and messenger bag can attest. Tight ball or not, I still can't hit. Five cowhide stars.
