Beth helped me and just as I was asking ChatGBT how cold it would still keep me warm she asked me in person and she said 30 degrees which was inline with what chat said so whoohoo! Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. It has now been 20 days since the order was paid and processed...a label was created 10 days later...that is where it has sat since, UPS has not received the package (shipping billed at $33.90), I have reached out to them after 17 days and was told: "They are working through them as quickly as possible. I was advised it will ship by the end of the week." I checked, today being the end of the business week...UPS has not received the package. This happened with my previous purchase, it ended up taking 1.5 months. I thought that I would give them another shot, since it has been a year, yet same crap, different day. Avoid this place like the Plague, if it were free shipping, I'd cut them them some slack...but paying that much to have crap service...not acceptable. CS doesn't even offer apologies or anything, I'm sure that she (or AI) is tired of taking the anger of all of the unhappy customers, with no real explanations to offer. Do yourself a huge favor- select ANYONE else, the customer service and lack of stress in trying to get your order in your hands is WELL WORTH IT!
