I showed him my phone so he could see what I was comparing- his product vs the Nuobell. Maybe then, he'll give me some details? "Yep, never heard of them," and back into what he was doing. I looked and saw they do have a nice warranty. I wanted to ask about it, but realized it wouldn't matter. If I had to come back to him for warrantied items, I'd be better off dealing with an automated phone process from some online retailer.
