He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

Not only will we stop shopping here after 5 years of business, I'll make sure I let everyone know about this experience. I've been in the business world for 15 years. I know there were ways for them to address this without their only answer being 'we won't accept it, go to the Kirkwood store 30 miles away and maybe find what you need'. Disgraceful. I should not have to wonder if a store of a national chain will accept their own gift cards.

They also have reasonably priced putters and drivers there even though they are a bit older. The baseball and hockey equipment isn't a steal by any means but they still have some good prices on skates and pads. Ultimately the Play It Again on Manchester has a more extensive selection of equipment and is priced a bit better but it is nice to have one so close to home. Good service, would recommend.

This place is top notch for all ages, for the experienced players hitting the big course to all ages playing the par 3 Pitch-N-Putt to learn how to play the game. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure you enjoy the experience of playing golf. They have a great selection in their Pro Shop for golf gear, along with a snack bar. They even have clubs for PnP and mini golf in case you don't have one. I give this place a 5 star and 2 thumbs up for offering an affordable price on the amenities they offer and for being family friendly :) Also: I did take pictures..please be mindful that due to the long hot summer we have had, it has been a struggle with keeping the course in top shape.
