I've had only good experiences here. My go to tech is Chris. I book Mani-pedis most times and he is clean, methodical, skilled and pleasant to talk to. I can't speak to the other techs but the space is large, beautiful and very clean. I find the pricing to be fair and actually less than my previous place. I make appointments ahead of time and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for Chris. I highly recommend and it is next door to Publix with Jeremiah's ice cream in the same strip mall! Tried it twice. Just.. no. First time tech was fine- I just had a basic mani where I brought my own polish. Wait time was very long though Second time, check in guy/tech was rude, ( fairly long wait again, even though the place wasn't busy. Probably just understaffed) , my nail tech was rude, filled the pedi basin with tepid water, was rough, and did a crap job. She also forgot I was getting a mani/pedi, and copped an attitude when she realized she wasn't done. Prices are on the high side. I still tipped well, but won't go back. I rarely ever get manicures, but I had grown my nails out pretty long, so I thought I would treat myself to getting French tips. But this manicure wasn't good at all: she cut the nails too short (what a waste in me growing them out!), the tips are uneven, you can see the filing striations on my nails, and the French tips don't even reach/cover the full end of the nails. It's bad when I have to go home and fix a manicure myself. The only thing good about this place are the low prices, but then again, I guess you get what you pay for. read more

CALL THEM OUT ON THEIR PRICES, I'm pretty sure they SCAM. Long but worth the read. I just moved to the area and wanted to find a new pedicure place as this is now only ten minutes from me. I also needed to get a few remaining acrylic nails taken off. Once sitting down I asked for the pedicure in there book pamphlet that is full service with the parafin wax it was listed as $69. I noticed others were getting the basic pedicure, one lady started on me and another came up I believe after realizing I was getting a more expensive service and made her switch with her. The removal of acrylic was $8 "with service" $15 "without service" the lady then asked me if I wanted basic pink gel polish and I said yes the price for that was $15 with service $25 without service. Tell me why my total was $130 before tip? For one I think the prices in store are not the same as on their online menu. I was the last person to check out before closing the nail techs were arguing and I felt awkward and didn't want to say something. I also don't know what with or without service means, but given I got a deluxe pedicure I'd imagine that was a service... the total should have been less than $100 even if it was without service should have been $109. Not to mention my toes gel polish started coming off the same week and the gel polish started peeling off as well. This place is the WORST!!! And they SCAM AND MAKE UP PRICES. I came and today to get my Nails painted, nothing more but a simple new coat of nail polish. No manicure, no filing, nothing at all, but nail polish on my nails. I walked in and was told that they only have gel nail polish, which I was fine with because it lasts longer. I sit down with a woman and she proceeds to take off the little bit of gel nail polish that I had on the tips of my nails. At first, she didn't take all of the polish off because I still saw the red on my nails. She asked me if I wanted them filed. I said no just paint them so as she proceeds to paint them, she slapped on a whole bunch of gel nail polish to the point that it looked bubbly and ugly. In fact, my five-year-old niece could've done a better job than she did. She asked me cash or card and I said cared. As I proceed to pay, I was told that my total was $28. I was appalled because I was only sitting in the chair for no more than 10 minutes. I asked the man how much was a regular manicure and he tells me 22, I asked well why am I being charged 28, he says because you gotten polish, however, he told me that they only do gel nail polish. Lee did my full set with French tip. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable about speaking up on how I wanted my nails and tips shaped or if I wanted her to make any of them shorter etc. Personally, I wish I asked them to be a little bit more shaved on the sides, but overall I like my set. The gentleman working the front desk and phone was also very nice and when I called to make my appointment with no answer he returned my call right away. Diane started doing my nails when I had no nails and has helped me grow my nails and keep them beautiful and strong. I am stuck at home for a week or so due to recent eye surgery and decided it would be nice to get a pedicure, something I've only done a couple of times in my life. I called ahead to see when I could get in and what the cost would be. They said I could come in right away and it would be $30 for a traditional pedicure minus the polish. This seems quite reasonable based on my limited knowledge. Lilly did the pedicure and did an outstanding job. Very thorough and detailed. I was thinking that I would likely be the only male customer in the place but I was surprised to see 2 other men getting similar treatments. This could become an occasional treat for me. Since I don't enjoy clipping my own toenails, getting it done properly along with the exfoliating foot scrub, relaxing foot soak and lotion made it a fantastic experience. Do not go here! Asked to take off gel-ext nails and get regular gel. The guy ground my nails down till they were bleeding underneath as they were so paper thin. The availability of gel colors is very limited...Many of the available nail polish colors have less than 1/4 left in the bottle. A lady sitting next to me had her gel color removed twice because the technician couldn't complete a second coat with the color of choice. Upon completion of my gel manicure, I noticed a wide gap between the gel color and my skin which the technician blamed the color (red) of my choice!!! Their fix was to add a second of polish...terrible results!! I'll never go back again!! read more

I really wanted a nice, relaxing, pedicure and decided to try this salon because it's so close to my home. I got a gentleman who was very sweet. Told me to relax and enjoy after, of course, upselling me on my pedicure decision. I chose one and he told me I should get the next one instead because it "had more" although I didn't see a difference. He started around 2:15 and I swear, he was done in 45 mins! Are they told to try and get as many customers in and out for business reasons? Also, it cost me $58! Prices have gotten way out of control. Never again!!!! I went in on a Sunday which they told me I couldn't make an appointment because it was walk in only. When I got there I explained that I wanted a pedicure and a Dip fill. After the pedicure the woman chastised me because I didn't tell her that I was getting a dip fill. she wanted to soak my nails off. She was also annoyed that I didn't want to more expensive pedicure and gave me a less than stellar foot massage or cleaning for that matter. I explained to her that I informed the gentleman at the time that I checked in and she started speaking of her language to the guy next to us but never once even apologized. She proceeded to wrap my nails and began to file my nails at a slant, so I asked her to leave the shape of my nails and just filled with dip. I had a broken nail and instead of her adding to the nail she just reshape one nail in the coffin style where all my other nails are square unbelievable. She proceeded to polish my nails and when I was done I told her that the one that looked awkward and she said that's the best she could do. I went ahead and paid for this very expensive experience and still tipped her because that's what I would normally for anyone, but I will never place a foot back in the door. It is not even a week later and look at the pictures it's so sad and disheartening that any place of business is allowed to continue to get this lousy service even after multiple reviews and all you can do is apologize but not change your practice of service. New customers Do not touch this place it's not worth it even though they were open on Sundays which is very appealing. After Covid you would think that everyone would up their game on the type of service they would care but not these places they are brand new and they feel that they are right. It's sad the one industry that used to put customers first are now just greedy. I would rather go back to wearing no Nails before i. continue to pay all of these salons for this awful service that they give. Today I went to Ann's so called nail spa. It is anything but a nail spa. I recently called the owner because I had gotten a gel manicure which chipped in 2 days. I also got a pedi which chipped in 2 days. I spoke with the Owner over the phone, He said that he would take care of it, and I should just come back in, which I did today. After my services I went to the desk ,he told me I owed him for the manicure. I had put down $75. plus tip for my services the week before. I told him ( the manager) that I shouldn't have to pay. He insisted, I had no choice. There is no one there who speaks English at the Management level. The manager told me to pay and leave. I did. I will not go back. Their prices are very high and the quality very low They use old polish that chips off. The dip turns yellow. I'm not sure if they are even licensed. First time to this salon. Business owners need to provide superior quality if they are charging top dollar for their services. My visit was marred by 2 couples constanting talking loudly to each other and across the salon to strangers. Although this is not the fault of the business, it was not a relaxing experience at all. Please choose what is shown on the TV monitors better suited to the customers. Watching ethnic cooking shows showing skinning and chopping up a frog and other slimy animal organs is not what I want to see. Please learn how to greet customers and present nail color selections . The walls of polish is not convenient and selection needs to increase. Now well see if an acrylic fill and gel polish is really worth the $41 plus $8 tip. This should last 3 to 4 weeks. read more
