When I reached out, I was only offered a redo service, even after explaining that I was uncomfortable returning due to the experience. There was no willingness to offer even a partial refund despite the fact that the service was clearly not completed properly. She told me she was "being nice" by offering a redo. However, I left with my nails filed down to the point where they were very short and sensitive, and the shaping was uneven. The gel polish application also wasn't consistent. I chose a red color and there were sheer spots where you could see through the polish. It also wasn't applied close to the cuticle, and there was cured gel left on parts of my nails, which made the application look messy. I still paid and tipped because the technician was kind, but unfortunately this was my second time visiting and I wasn't impressed with the service either time. I unfortunately will not be returning.
