That's the exact weather we were faced with and we found the museum about a 15 minute walk from the port. This was the largest museum we encountered on our Alaska cruise and one of the best. Not only were there NO lilies of any color, the bouquet looked smaller than their $70 Sympathie bouquet. I told them over the phone in April that the lilies were to be picked up by me upon my arrival and taken to my wife's final resting place and that my wife is a US Navy veteran that died by a disease the VA considers 100% service related who died June 29,2019. I consider the bouquet received to be a disrespect to my wife's memory and her service to our country for which she gave her life. I also consider it despicable that the bouquet delivered had any semblance to the bouquet I ordered. I responded to their request for review they emailed upon delivery and still have not received ANY reply from them a week later. I will never order from them again nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone.
