I understand expecting customers to be respectful of merchandise, but accidents happen--especially in a tourist gift shop that welcomes families and children. I've traveled extensively and have never been treated this way over a low-cost souvenir item. What stood out wasn't the money, but the pettiness and complete lack of customer service. A business that values its customers would have handled the situation with a little grace and understanding. Instead, they chose to make us feel unwelcome and embarrassed over a piece of plastic worth very little. There are plenty of souvenir shops that appreciate their customers. There's another store right before it that looks similar but it's a different store. Erlinda's is the second entrance. There is so much to see. There 's a great variety of shirts for everyone in the family. There's magnets, bottle openers, jewelry, jackets, etc. I love purchasing enamel pins where ever I travel and she had plenty. They were inexpensive compared to all the other stores I visited. I visited about 3x in one day because I couldn't find anything better in variety and price. I purchased 3 shirts, a pin & postcard.
