So when our bridesmaids dresses came in A MONTH before the wedding they mistakenly ordered a size 16 dress for one bridesmaid when she ordered a 6. After much arguing back and forth they agreed to "fix" the "computer error" and alter the dress. They told the bridesmaid to come back in a week to pick up the dress. Well when she went to pick up the dress a week later they had her wait an hour because the dress was being "pressed" low and behold and out of options I'm sure they came back and told her they had not in fact done the alterations. This is Monday the wedding is the upcoming Saturday. Furious the bridesmaid who was 16 by the way informed her mother about what was going on. For the next hour her mothers phone calls were ignore then forwarded to a voicemail. After a voicemail being left they called back and said that technically since we signed a contract we don't have to speak to you about the dress only the bride. Absolutely never go to this place you're better off going to a place that values the customers and want to fix mistakes if they are made. No business is perfect but the lack of customer service and attitudes of the employees is enough for me to never step foot in there again and clearly write a yelp review about *******yelp tried to remove this because it "wasn't my first hand experience" but let me tell you it sure was!!!

I went to Angela's and tried on a Pronovias gown, and absolutely fell in love with it. It was the second dress I tried on, and I knew it was perfect because I didn't want to take it off! There was a Pronovias trunk show later in the month, and just by mentioning it, Angela's honored the trunk show price for me. I had been to the Pronovias flagship store in NYC, and my experience at Angela's was far better. Erin helped me at the first appointment, and she was wonderful. I wore my aunt's veil for my wedding day, and I brought it to Angela's to see if it would work with the dress. It was on a pillbox cap and I wanted it put on a comb. Angela's offered to put it on the comb for me (and included it in my alterations!). When my dress came in, scheduling a fitting was slightly challenging, but when they realized I live out of state, there were more options for appointments. After my first fitting, I wasn't super impressed by the alterations (the length was off, and it was still too big on the sides), but again, Angela's totally impressed me. Erin came in and helped to pin. She promised me it would be perfect. She was right! When I went to pick up my dress, it fit perfectly and my veil was gorgeous. Thank you, Angela's! I received more compliments than I ever expected. My cousin said it was the most beautiful wedding dress she had every seen!

My sisters dress was completely ripped at the zipper and had a food stain (textured) on the dress straight out of the packaging, ew! When we asked about it the ladies working said they could try to get the stain out but it might just be. My other sister's dress was pinned to be hemmed and when they asked for approval on the hem it was very short on one side and long on the other, the ladies tailoring gave us attitude but we asked them to make it correct 4x. It took much longer and was much more frustrating than anticipated. Adrienne at the front desk was very helpful and got us confirmation that the stain would be handled. They did discount the dress but it was a difficult experience.

I worked with Stefanie and she was my hype team- I wasn't expecting to find anything that day, and when the typical bridal styles didn't match the nontraditional look I was going for she found me a dress in the formal wear section that was not only gorgeous but under my budget! She gave excellent recommendations and was incredibly patient with helping me find something that was easy and comfortable to move in. I walked out of David's with a dress I can't wait to wear, that I'll actually be able to wear more than once! So far, only one other review has addressed the rest of the business which includes women's clothing, jewelry, candy, soaps and other personal care products, greeting cards, knickknacks, and holiday gifts. There is a sign on the back of the building where the main entrance is located, directing bridal service customers in one direction and all others to a different entrance. We were in search of holiday gift ideas and purchases so we avoided the bridal entrance - you probably need an appointment to shop there in any event. As already noted, there are a lot of things for sale in the main store, and that may be a problem. While the clothing, almost exclusively for women ( I saw a sign saying they have men's hats and scarves) appears to be well organized by color, there is so much of it packed into racks and on shelves that it actually is a chore to browse. If you are looking for products made in the U.S.A. or Canada, there are options available. Staff were friendly and helpful in our search for personal care products. They offered to gift bag our purchase and removed all price stickers. However, when we requested who made their chocolate candy, the only response was that it came from a variety of places. As one other reviewer pointed out, an important feature that is lacking in the store is a restroom for customers. You may have to drive a mile or so to find one (Hannaford? Shop Rite?). No complaints whatsoever, and my dress fit like a glove. He was able to work with the multiple layers of tulle underneath my dress as well as the intricate bead and lacework, which was very impressive. We also got tuxes for my husband and his groomsmen for our wedding in 2015, and I absolutely LOVED how they all looked together. If so, have I got the place for you! While myself and the majority of my bridesmaids are located in Texas, several of my girls are out of state - including my Maid of Honor in NY. My maid of honor opted to buy her gown from Apropos in Albany for convenience. The gown was ordered as the same time as the rest of the bridesmaids' in August. However, come mid-October all of my bridesmaids EXCEPT the one from Apropos are delivered and my maid of honor's dress is nowhere to be found. After advising her to call and check on the dress, my maid of honor was given the run around. Calls were either not taken, messages not returned, and Apropos was all around impossible to get a hold of. Finally, I managed to get a hold of the shop - probably because they didn't have my number on file. I was advised by a woman that she would contact the purchaser (the owner) and call back. Yeah, no call back. My maid of honor got in touch and found out the dress wasn't due to ship until December 1. WHAT? In what world does a dress ordered in August for a December 18 wedding not ship until the 1st? I called right away and got in touch with the owner who proceeded to berate me and raise her voice to me. She insisted that I just didn't understand how bridesmaids dress ordering worked, that these weren't off the rack dresses - they were made to order. As if with 7 total bridesmaids and my own gown I had no idea that these weren't stock items. When I clarified that yes, I understood the dress needed to be made but that my other girls had ordered at the same time and all received their gowns from the local shop in Texas she became defensive. She insisted that because of my maid of honor's size the dress had to be further customized. Never mind that my bridesmaids are all shapes and sizes and a similarly sized bridesmaid had received her order. When I told her, given the negative reviews on Yelp, Google, and The Knot that I was not entirely trusting when she said 'It'll be here!' she told me that the other frantic brides and bridesmaids who left reviews were 'crazy'. I'm not kidding. I'm almost certain that my maid of honor's dress was not even ordered until she called to check on it. Don't go here. Your wedding should not have this amount of stress and no one deserves to be treated so rudely.
