I went in to return a sweater which ended up being the wrong size. It had the tags on and was unworn and in perfect condition. The employee that rung up the sweater had not done the transaction correctly and had just given me a receipt issuing a credit against a few tops that I had returned for my daughter that didn't fit. The manager, who was completely patronizing and unhelpful, just stated that "unless I had a receipt with the item number on it she would not return it and also would not issue a store credit'....?? I have never experienced this before and would recommend to anyone to be wary of this brand altogether!! ( I also sent a complaint to corporate office but they said they don't deal with store transactions. Really unbelievable......!!!!

I had never heard of the brand before, but decided to go in. I had been in the store for only two minutes and already had 3 different items in my hands to try on. At this point, an employee approached me, looked at the items in my hands, and said "just so you know, our fitting rooms close in 5 minutes." Mind you it was like 8:10/8:15pm at this point and the store itself doesn't close until 9. I looked back at the employee confused and said "what...? I wanted to try these on and I'm not done looking...Nevermind I guess?" The girl just shrugged me off and said "yeah, sorry." On top of "closing the fitting rooms" almost a whole hour before your store closes just being a flat out ridiculous policy and practice, there was just no attempt on the employees end to help me out. It really stinks because I was intrigued by the clothes. I didn't even get a third of the way through your store and already had 3 things ready to try on! Won't be shopping there again.
