I was seen within one day of my phone call and the surgery was two days later. The day of surgery I was extremely nervous but Dr. Merkel took the time to reassure me that the tip removal would take only two minutes and be totally pain free. He was true to his word and it took longer for the novicane to take effect than it took for him to remove the root tip. I as in and out within obe half hour. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

If you look past the tv of distraction, the view of the Plaza is nice from her chair. The entire front desk staff is super sweet, attentive and on top of their game. The waiting area is really clean and up to date. Current magazines, complimentary bottle water, hot tea, juice and snacks are available for all the patients of this office. Not that you want to go to the dentist, but if you have to, check out the office of Dr. Waldron.

Instead of taking ownership or offering real help, the explanation was basically a quick brush-off labeled as "human error," as if that magically excused everything. What made it worse was the tone -- like I was the inconvenience for asking why I was suddenly expected to pay far more than what Christy herself had confirmed. There was no sense of accountability, no recognition of the office's own miscommunication, and absolutely zero acknowledgment of the impact this caused. I had…read moremany concerns about nerve damage but he was very well-versed and did extensive imaging prior to my surgery to ensure that there was slim to no chance of nerve damage. Was great answering all my questions (many) before the procedure and remained friendly and patient. A few hours later I was worried about excessive bleeding and his office gladly invited me to come back in for a check up immediately, although I was probably just being paranoid. He even called after the surgery to check in on my recovery. Thanks so much, Dr. Barber! In addition, I just received the bill and the pricing was more than affordable compared to many oral surgeons who over charge for simple wisdom teeth procedures. The staff was also very easy to work with. This office definitely acts with integrity and prioritizes quality of care over financial benefit! Kudos to you guys.

Again, this needed to be told to us up front as we have never been charged for this out of pocket by any other specialists given the cost of service we end up receiving. Very unprofessional and lacking in transparency and communication. They were very adamant about my wife taking her herself, yet negligent in communicating fees or seeing us in a timely manner. By the time that the insurance company pays them, they have collected 170% of what they are actually owed. (100% from the patient, and another 70% from the insurance company)... They claim to apply any "CREDITS" to future work, but what is actually happening is that you have paid for something that hasn't yet happened, and all this is done without your knowledge or consent. Our family deserved better, and THIS COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER! They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. They have been reported to the Dental Licensing Board in Jefferson City. They are now under investigation by Met Life for their billing practices. Be aware.
