My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

I originally saw Dr. Waldron who was great, and when he retired I started seeing Dr. Mace. He's very friendly, and when doing any kind of work he's gentle and makes sure the Novocain has kicked in first. My hygienist is Sonia, and she is awesome. She's always prompt and so friendly. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist because of her.

We take good care of our teeth at home but it seems, the regular cleanings weren't being done thoroughly. After visiting another dentist, he shared that we all had significant buildup that would have been removed if the cleanings were done properly. It seems this office is focusing more on cosmetics and less on preventative maintenance dentistry. I loved supporting a minority owned dentist and we were patients here for 10+ years but sadly, the quality of care has drastically decreased and cost us a lot of money out of pocket as a result.

They also didn't bother talking about any of.my chronic health conditions that impact my teeth including that they want to use a local but I need an alternative as lidocaine does nothing for me. A dentist should get your records, not ask for payment/commitment for a plan before ever meeting with anyone from your office, not insist that you get panoramic X-rays but not teeth cleaning. I want to go elsewhere given that i am here for the 2nd time, 25 minutes into my appointment and no one has started cleaning my teeth again. I've spent $600 and want to go elsewhere but it appears too late. They don't seem to know or accommodate any of my health needs.

Dr. Lane Anderson is very skillful and thorough. I had no pain at all the whole process. I worked with two other dentists in Thomas L. Anderson, DDS and Associates. With first dentist, I had to go back to ask for cleaning some material up. (I forgave him as he was a new dentist.) With the second dentist, it was also a crown, the temporary tooth came off right away, I had to go back. This dentist at that time had 10 years of experience. He also needed his assistant Jensen to properly put the final crown into my mouth due to his finger is too big for my mouth. Not sure what his issue was really!
