For all…read moreof my 6 month visits to this office, I've never had more than a couple of minutes with the Dr. himself (thank the heavens) because I've had no problems and he just does a quick look inside the mouth after the cleaning has taken place. So this review doesn't really reflect on him as much his staff and facility. Barbara is my dental hygienist and she is gentle, nice and easy to talk with. If you look past the tv of distraction, the view of the Plaza is nice from her chair. The entire front desk staff is super sweet, attentive and on top of their game. The waiting area is really clean and up to date. Current magazines, complimentary bottle water, hot tea, juice and snacks are available for all the patients of this office. Not that you want to go to the dentist, but if you have to, check out the office of Dr. Waldron.

My second appt was a cleaning also with Dr. Jessup, I was happy with that as well, they were nice and informative. And I had zero pain during the cleaning. My third appt was to get some cavities filled by Dr Jessup, I had no issues with pain before the fillings but now am in a lot of pain and it's been 4 months since then. So I was not happy with that. I went in today for a cleaning from Dr Hutchinson, she was super kind and helpful on a plan to get my tooth to no longer hurt, she said that the filling I was given needed to be fixed and that should solve the pain. Overall I would definitely reccomend the office as the desk gals and hygienists are wonderful and so is Dr Hutchinson but I wouldn't reccomend seeing Dr Jessup. Also the location is kind of interesting to get to but once you've gone once it'll be a breeze to get to again. They do have a parking lot which I appreciate, and the office is very cozy and clean inside as well!

I originally saw Dr. Waldron who was great, and when he retired I started seeing Dr. Mace. He's very friendly, and when doing any kind of work he's gentle and makes sure the Novocain has kicked in first. My hygienist is Sonia, and she is awesome. She's always prompt and so friendly. Once I got there, I had to wait maybe 5 minutes between filling out my paperwork and my appointment. Everyone in the office is friendly, including the secretary! Dr. Claasseen was very thorough with his exam, even taking time to touch up one of my bonds (which looks great now!). He spent quite a bit of time with me. Cliff is also awesome and did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking my x-rays. I'd definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
