I was amazed & ever so grateful. Everyone in her office was super nice and happy to help with any questions. I ended up having to see an oral surgeon but Dr Casey & her staff made all the arrangements right then and there and had me set up with a surgeon within a couple of days. Let me first say that me hating the dentist is an understatement. I literally cry at cleanings…read morebecause I'm so anxious about going. My body tenses up, I physically shake, my pulse goes wild, the whole 9 yards. This is no change. I cried at my cleaning with Dr Harris before even meeting him. I have had only a handful of dentists work on me after some bad incidents from my childhood. Even the most trusted sent me into straight up panic mode. Dr Harris came in after Jenny cleaned my teeth (amazing, kind, and so gentle with me) and told me I had some cavities. I cried. Again. You see, I ALWAYS have work that has to be done which is why I never, ever go to the dentist. I can do everything they ask me to do, exactly as they ask me to do it, and I'll still have cavities. I cried because I was disappointed (not in Dr Harris). He was upset I was crying and asked what he could do to ease my fears. I wasn't sure. Could I trust him?? Fast forward to today. I leave work early to make my appointment. I've been dreading this all day. I get into the office after debating about cancelling the appointment on the same day and paying whatever fee I have to. My husband convinces me to keep the appointment and go. When front desk asks how I'm doing, I reluctantly answer with "could be better if I wasn't here." They were sad I was so nervous! I go back and get nitrous oxide. I've never had it before. Dr Harris does his thing and fills the first 3 of my cavities (still have 2 more trips to go thanks to my terrible teeth). He gets done and I'm so calm (probably due to the nitrous) and I can't help but tell him how thankful I am. I've never had an experience like this before at the dentist and while I've only been to probably 4 or 5 in my lifetime, 30 years has taught me that I can't trust them. But I am literally writing this just an hour after having much needed work done and I feel like I can trust Dr Paul Harris. I made sure to tell him that and that I'd tell you reading this as well. If you're debating going If you're scared If you have dental anxiety If you have anxiety in general If you haven't gone in the last year or 6 months even for a cleaning GO! If I can do this, you can too, and you should. He will do everything he possibly can to make you feel comfortable. I'll see you in October for the second round of fillings Dr Harris! Two teeth that gave me no issue or pain but apparently needed crowns were tended too, after reading the other reviews here I fear I didn't even need them, but I can say it caused me more pain then any other dental work in my life including root canals. That is in both the month between visits and in the work itself. I was taking three rounds of tylenol a day most days just to sleep and function, all while not even using the right half of my mouth to chew. While that is all fairly annoying in itself, what really pissed me off enough to review is the treatment at the end. I was told I'd need two visits for my crown, the first of which they'd drill out the infection and measure for my temporaries, when I came in to be my second which was to be a one hour visit, they spent TWO hours screwing with my teeth before declaring that one of the temporaries they'd measured for/prepared/ and called me into install didn't fit. This mean two more weeks of pain and a third surprise visit! I was given no apology or discount for this extra trouble, despite being in enough pain to consider going in to an emergency dentist to have the tooth extracted. When I finally came in for the third visit they didn't numb me despite my first words on the subject being 'my last visit was excruciatingly painful, I'd be shocked if I didn't need numbing. When the visit was over I was then mocked and talked down to by the dentist checking me over for having the AUDACITY to scream twice in pain, before he literately skipped away down the hall. I've not felt so disrespected or dissatisfied by a medical provider even once in my life, don't come here.

I work in healthcare, this is an office that could use education in grace and human compassion. I have also had the procedure done a few times in the past and never needed anesthesia. I was told I have to have anesthesia or they would not do the procedure. I refused the treatment and they still charged me for all future procedures. They illegally made me choose between anesthesia and my right to choose or make me pay anyways. Odd! Also, since the practice was sold two years ago (approximately), the hours are less convenient. I always schedule my visit and my two kiddos visits together and it's nearly impossible to avoid taking them out of school to get their teeth cleaned. Pass!
