I came in today hoping to retrieve it, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I completely understand that putting it in the drop box was my mistake. However, since it had been there less than a day, I was surprised to hear it was not in the lost and found, especially after being told that items like that are normally placed behind the desk. Unfortunately, it seems the book may have been taken instead. What upset me most was the lack of concern from the staff member helping me. When I asked if I could leave my name in case the book turned up, she walked away before I even finished speaking. A little empathy or willingness to help would have gone a long way. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability or concern is what guarantees I won't be returning.

The staff are warm and welcoming -- they start by going around the room to meet everyone, then teach a few simple sign language signs before turning them into a fun song. Then they read a book or two and finish with a fun activity for the kids.
