The inside was a stylish chic but very clean and organized. The customer service started over the phone with Brandon being so helpful and letting me know the availability as a walk in. After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. They were just so loud and inappropriate about their conversations, even with their customers. I went in for a refill and they tried to charge me the same as a full set!! Refills here according to the board are $15 and I was told at the end of my nail session that I owed $41. The justification for this $41? I had two broken nails and I was charged for shaping, which I already came there with my original shape so they didn't have to do any additional shaping ?! After pointing out to the lady what the price reads on the actual board , they re-calculated my total and I still felt uncomfortable about paying even that much . My nail tech was rude and talked about me to her coworker and even pointed at me and my nails!(I translated!) She had no concern for my comfort level, she nicked me so many times, my fingers were burning, the filing process was so rough! I would take my hand away and she would just continue with the same roughness. I asked for a design and what I got was just horrid. (Of course you don't see how bad it looks until you leave.) Within a week, I had 4 nails break!!! One came off from me scratching my scalp!!! Thank goodness I didn't waste the $41 they were trying to charge me! I regret paying for what I did! I was charged separately for gel removal, which confused me because I have never been charged for something that is normally part of the pedicure service. I was told that because I did not get polish afterward, there was an additional charge for gel removal. Before my card was charged, I explained that this unexpected charge meant neither technician would receive a tip. I tip very well wherever I go, and both service workers missed out on a $20 tip because of this charge. To make matters worse, I still have noticeable gel residue left on several of my toenails. With the gel removal charge my total came up to 109. I told her prior to charging my card that if I was charged a $7 fee for gel removal I would not tip $40. She shrugged her shoulders and minutes later try to refund me. Thank you Posh while it lasted, I've been coming here for a while, I'll now be choosing somewhere else to tip 40%

Greeted with the most uplifting voice you'd think we were at show, no it was my nail fairy Anh. I booked my appointment in advanced and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Now this was my first time meeting my nail fairy and I wanted her to work wonders on this design I had sent the days prior. She said she hadn't done this before but had a surprise for me!! Like what a surprise? For me? OK MY NAIL FAIRY! I was just amazed at their service and attention to detail. The person who prepped my nails for her was so great!! Super detailed and made me feel really comfortable. The results were just what I asked for! 100/10 protecting my new nail salon at all costs!
