(That was a bit off putting but I did it anyway because I felt a bit pressure to do so). I was seated right away and offered a beverage. I wasn't given a menu of options to select type of service I wanted nor did I know what type of service that I would be receiving. (Again, that was not proper and I should have been asked) Top Coat is clean enough with nice music playing in the background but I would have preferred something more relaxing for my pedicure to help me relax. I'm not really into pop, hip hop, etc. When I come to the nail salon this is the time to get pampered and relax. I did however enjoy my pedicure even though it wasn't as relaxing as I would have liked. I will give them another try because I do believe that this place works hard to provide excellent service.

I sent a request to schedule an appointment on Yelp and received a response within a few minutes. I…read morescheduled my pedicure for 2 days out and was able to get my requested time of 4:00pm. There was no wait time when I arrived. This place is the epitome of good customer service. I was offered something to drink (multiple times) and cellphone charging (if I needed it). The shop is very modern and clean and I was glad to see the big, comfortable benches for the pedicures, as opposed to the chairs. At some places, the chairs aren't big enough for my height. There was a vast selection of pedicures to choose from and it was tough making a decision lol. I went with the Orange Mango (I think that's the name). It was niiiiice and fresh oranges were placed in the water. Also worth mentioning is that the foot tubs are huge! The lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job and I was very impressed. The price point was a tad bit higher than other options in the area, but I feel it was well worth it. I'm looking forward to returning!

The shop is cute and off "in the cuts", I loved that I had the place to myself for the 1st 30 mins :) The only thing was that they were a little short staffed so when I decided to get a manicure (for an extra $10) I would've had to wait 'cause a couple came in for pedicures, so I decided to do the manicure another day. But this place is clean and relaxing so I'll definitely be back!

I'm one of those annoying clients that brings in 3 different pics of what they want all combined, and am indecisive at the same time. Update from about a month post mani @ Rio Nails. I'm still fuming about the service and…read moredestruction that Linda did to my nails. After removing the existing dip by "popping them off" without any warning, my nails were so damaged because my natural nail had been separated and caused major damage. My nails are normally strong and healthy but after the latest visit to Rio Nails I had to cut them all back and file the top where it was splitting. This salon has always been my go to and I have been a good customer and loved the services provided for many years. I recently went in and had to wait over one hour before Linda started my nails. When she started by trying to cut my nails with the old dip on them and then proceeded to remove the nails by popping them off which was painful and destructive to my nails (a month later). They looked horrible and I was appalled at the way she treated me because I complained about being bumped to last. This is not the first time I had to wait for others to finish first. I didn't want to write this review but I could not believe she treated a long time customer like that. It wasn't even the wait, but rather her actions when doing my nails. I will not be going back to this salon again. No one should have to pay those prices for service like that! Sorry Linda but your behavior was rude and unprofessional. Pedicure was great as always, but even the tech looked shocked at the way I was being treated.
