Overall, I could see myself stopping in again for a quick one-two.

She really listened and took into consideration what I was looking for. At the end when I wasn't 100% satisfied, I was comfortable enough to ask her to do a few more things and it really paid off! I am loving my hair cut and I will definitely be back again. I can't speak for any of the other services, but my haircut was great and relatively inexpensive - under $50 - and well worth it!

This is the WORST place I have ever been to in my life. Stay clear away if you value your…read moreappearance and obviously this is why we have our nails manicured. I tried this place since it was close to my house and my esthetician is still not back from Hurricane Ida. First off, this place may have only 35-40 gel colors but about 80% are down to the bottom, gooey and dried up. After picking my color, she asked me to sit down and soak my nails; in pure acetone. I must have been soaking my nails for at least 15 minutes while she was doing someone's pedicure. I don't like soaking since it dries my skin so severely. Midway through soaking my nails, she started telling everyone that her credit card machine is not working and can only accept cash or checks with a haha. My nails were already destroyed by this time. Who uses checks or has one on them anymore. They do not wrap your fingers to remove polish. They do not use cuticle remover. They only half heartedly wipe the cuticle pusher and nipper with acetone prior to using. After the hack job manicure. I asked if I could try the 3 colors on since they do not have nail palettes to see the true colors of the nail polish. She said oh we can do it later. She proceeded to put the base coat on my nails. How can you do it later if you are going to put on a base coat? This lady, whom I believe is also the owner, simply could not color inside the line. She is so unprofessional that she delves into each nail at least 3 times per nail each time after applying polish, with her chipped and jagged fingernails to clean up the gel polish on my skin. My cuticles are still hurting from all this. But the main problem was the color was so uneven, there were blotches and bumps everywhere. One hand's nail is darker than the other. There were so many areas where the color was very faint or no color at all from her trying to clean up the color. When I told her about this after the first coat, she said she would fix it later. Three coats later, when she started to put the top coat on, I was done. I told her to take it off. I've had bad gel manicures before with color that I am not happy with. But this appears to have been done by a 7 year old. I cannot verbalize the hatchet job that was performed on my hand. She blamed the nail polish had dried up due to not having electricity for a week. Then why are you open? You have no decent nail polish and no active credit card processor. While taking my polish off, she takes a phone call on her cell phone. She tells the lady on the phone to come tomorrow because she was busy. There was only 1 other customer besides myself. But while talking to this lady, she had to look at her phone and proceeded to drill my skin with the nail drill until I jerked my hand back. Then she proceeded to charge me $30 for nothing since I was leaving with no nail polish on. She refuses to take my credit card number down in which she can manually input at a later date. She cannot accept Cash App or Venmo since she does not know what it is. I felt like I was in a time warp. I somehow found cash in my car to pay for this nonsense. I wasted $30 and one and a half hours of my life for this lunacy. It is not about the money, it is about the principle in which this place has none. I just hope people will ask many questions and look around and notice all the little gnats, cracks and dirty ceiling tiles, clocks that do not tell time, etc. before going through what I went through.

We didn't get any infections though, haha, so that's a good sign. The attention to detail is top notch! I really appreciated it, especially since I'm so meticulous myself. Dude who did my toes did not rush through painting and brushed off any inconsistencies. Great service for a walk-in and last minute decision.
