She didn't greet me, let alone offer water and talked to coworkers the entire time. I asked to go back to fix the see through toe polish and they stated I should've said so while I was there and would charge me more. I was in a rush to leave as I was on my lunch break and didn't see the bad job until I was in the sunlight. Alls that to say, I won't be going back. I recommend going only if you go to Holly or Destiny.

She used a gel topcoat, which I don't have a problem with, but that night after I took a shower the topcoat started to peel off a couple of my nails. The next day the salon was closed, and unfortunately my schedule didn't allow me to go back in at any point that week. 5 days in, most of my nails had peeled, chipped, or broken. Usually my dip manicures could last for about a month if I let them. Really disappointing that this one didn't even last one day at "perfect" status, let alone one week at "mostly great". If I was only judging my experience inside the salon, I would definitely return and recommend it to others. Unfortunately the quality of the work was not worth it, and ultimately that's the most important factor.

Thi (pronounce Tee) usually does my gel manicure and she does a great job. I can show her a design and she can replicate it! Phuong does a great job on my eyebrows and pedicures. I like my eyebrows thick but clean looking. She did exactly like I asked. Chuong who is the only male there usually works on people who need to do acrylics and he's nice! They seem busy busy so we got lucky, but it felt good from the getgo that they were accommodating. Both our manicures turned out sooooooo good, too!! Asia, my nail tech, left no crumbs--and her care and knowledge were just as impressive as her art. I've been getting compliments all day, and I can tell this set is gonna hold up well. As soon as she started, the appointment arrived. Tech told her to return in thirty minutes. She layered the acrylic on quite thick. It looked like a turtle shell shape. I asked her to thin and shape it and she replied, "Next time tell the person that you want it thin at the beginning." That is not something one should have to request. It is part of getting acrylic nails. She begins filing it and shaping it and I realize she didn't do it correctly because she is rushing. For polish, I asked for French with a vee shape. Then, the appointment person came back in and the tech started rushing more. She did every nail on the first hand so crooked it looked asymmetrical. I pointed it out and she took it off and started again. Then the white polish was streaky with some areas not painted at all. Asked her to fix it. Then the edges weren't painted at all. She took a brush and painted the edges quickly, getting polish on my fingers. At that point I was just ready to go because clearly she was in a rush. I made it to the shop at 4:45 and didn't leave until around 8pm. the staff was nice. however after 3 days I lost 1 nail and now it's been a week and I only have 4 nails remaining. $65 and I already need a new set definitely not happy! my toes are perfect they did a great job on my feet.
