The sales rep, Mark, provided a detailed itemized quote and answered initial spec questions promptly. When I mentioned that another vendor's quote was significantly lower and asked for a formal contract to compare, the rep declined to finalize the contract or calculate exact measurements unless I first shared the competing company's proposal. I explained that I don't share competitor quotes with any vendor, as a matter of fairness, and asked again for Gravina's own formal contract with their best price. I followed up twice over the following week, including a specific deadline for the contract, and received no contract or further response from the rep. I then forwarded the full email exchange directly to the sales director so the company could review it and respond if they chose to. That email also went unanswered. The initial consultation and product information were professional. However, despite being a ready buyer and giving the company multiple opportunities to follow through, I was unable to get a final contract at any level, and ultimately went with another company that provided a complete, firm proposal without conditions.

I would love to be able to give zero stars…read more I will not be recomending Gravinas to anyone I know. We needed to get a quote for a couple of windows that needed to be replaced due to being damaged, and covered under insuance. We had a consultation at the house and were told we would recieve a quote in a couple days. We did not recieve a quote, which lead to us calling and leaving 5 messages with Chrissy. On the 6th call we finally got a hold of her, to then be told that the windows we were needing replaced would not be a match for insurance (which was never conveyed at the walkthrough of the house) and that it would be more expensive than what we had. I then asked if we could still get a breakdown of the quote to understand the differences. Chrissy proceeded to list numbers for a full install over the phone of an all inclusive package. When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing to fully grasp the whole package, she questioned whether we would really want to spend $3,500 per window and implied we could not afford it. Needless to say, it felt incredibly rude and condesending and we will not be giving Gravinas any business.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Compass Glass…read more I was initially quoted around $160 for an 86" x 14" mirror and another $40 to $60 for an outlet cutout. Based on that information, I moved forward and provided pricing to my client. After dropping off a detailed drawing on a Friday, I was told I'd have final numbers by Monday. Instead, I spent an entire week repeatedly calling for updates. Every time I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. Only after speaking with the owner on the following Friday did I finally receive a quote. The final price was $467, which was more than double what I had been led to expect. Mistakes happen, but poor communication and wildly inaccurate pricing put me in a difficult position with my client. After years of doing business here, this experience was frustrating enough that I took my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend them, they left nails on the roof, lots of them and never removed them. They installed the wrong window and have not been back to replace the window. They left one of the screens hanging out of the house because they could not reinstall it because it did not have the tabs They cracked some of the siding on the house. I have called several times, and it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list to get this even completed. I cannot warn anybody enough who reads this review. Do not use them, I do not know what happened to their company, but it seems to be in freefall. There is nothing that they can say as to why it has taken since June to come back and do the stuff that needs to be corrected. During the buyer's…read moreinspection, however, water penetration was discovered around most of the windows, and the contract fell through. After meeting with several contractors, I was fortunate to be introduced to Kenny Kunz, owner of Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. With Kenny's expertise, it was determined that my 5,400 sq ft home in Evergreen, Colorado had significant hail damage that caused water penetration under the stucco, as well as damage to the gutters, roof, and windows. I hired Pinnacle to oversee the full restoration, which included all new windows, new stucco around the windows, and a new roof. From start to finish, Kenny and his team managed the project flawlessly. Kenny personally took the lead in working with my insurance company- meeting with the adjuster, making multiple calls, and sending countless emails- to ensure the entire scope of damage was covered. He followed through on everything he promised, and thanks to his persistence, my claim was fully approved. He truly made the process easy and stress-free for me. I also want to recognize the outstanding Pinnacle team members and subcontractors. Chris oversaw the entire project, Tyler managed the window installation, and his crew--Victor, Dayvd, and their team--were hardworking, respectful, and courteous. I always felt comfortable leaving them in my home even when I was not present. The subcontractors Kenny brought in for the roof, stucco, and painting were equally professional and delivered excellent work. I highly recommend Kenny Kunz and Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. They went above and beyond to restore my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
