They have really great food. The staff is a bit stolid but they get the job done. Their staples like fried rice and chow-mien are done very well. read more

Great stop off Highway 101 in Ukiah! The owner is very friendly. He made a bold declaration: "Everything on the menu is delicious." We didn't believe him at first, but over several visits have found this to be true. Everything was fresh and tasty. Notable items include the Chinese greens, the black mushrooms, and the crispy chow mein. We happened to be hosting some friends from China; and on the way to Anderson Valley for wine tasting, stopped here for lunch . Our friends were pleasantly surprised at the high quality and authenticity of the food. read more

This is where I go when I want delivery that's not pizza. Not my first choice for Chinese OR Japanese food, but it does the job. The food is nothing special, average. The delivery is what gets me though. I placed an order at 4:45pm for delivery at 6pm as we had things we were doing, house cleaning and such, and I wanted the food delivered AFTER that because I didn't want it to sit and get cold. They showed up at 5:10! "I told them the order said 6pm, but they told me to come anyway" the delivery guy told me. like, really? What if I wasn't home? Would they have left it on the porch? I was disappointed that I had already tipped them through the Eat24 app or they wouldn't have gotten anything. The only perks of this place, is that I can order online and they deliver. read more

I decided to try Anna's after read some of the positive reviews on eat24.com. I ordered J3. Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab with Ponzu Sauce to go. Imagine my disappointment when I got home, the serving size was a bit small (but I half expected that) but the 'Ponzu' sauce was anything but, it was just TERIYAKI sauce .... not a hint of citrus (usually lemon) and not a trace of Mirin or rice wine vinegar ...or sugar. Next time I am in Ukiah I may go back and try a noodle or rice dish .... or I may just go to Wingstop. read more

I am only giving this place one star because you can't do zero! We just paid $98.15 for terrible service and adequate sushi! The food came out very sporadically, with my husband finally getting his roll 20 minutes after my son and I got ours. We never got our drinks and they charged us for food we never received. We have been here before and it has never been stellar but it has never been this bad. Maybe takeout would be better but make sure your order is simple! read more

This is usually the better chinese food in town. The drawback is the service. They generally have younger guys doing the serving. Not overly friendly and usually wearing ball caps. Different thoughts on etiquette is all. The food is usually fantastic. One of the best lunch options in town. read more

Tasty, cheap, quick, and friendly... Just like your mom.

I ordered food through menu beyond. I have never had any problem I ordered at 3pm to arrive by 6:30pm. It didn't arrive until 7:45pm! I called at 6:45 wondering where our food was and was told it was sitting on the counter waiting for the driver. My food was cold and late! I will never order from here again. read more

We ate here for dinner as a party of three, and while the communication was a little difficult, it was still good food, so we'd come back. We showed up and were seated immediately (pretty sparse at seven o'clock on a weekday), and my dad ordered a red-tail beer, and we got water, which came quick and constantly. My dad made sure the food was served family-style, which after we explained what family style ~was~, the waiter confirmed. We got hot and sour soup, fried wontons, veggie fried rice, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, and a seafood dish that I can't remember the name of. All was good and served quickly. I especially appreciated the veggies, just because I hate when they are cooked too long and get all limp or are drowned in sauce; definitely not the case here. The place was clean and I swear we were thanked three separate times walking out the door-- it was cute. We didn't try anything off of the Japanese portion of the restaurant, but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese in Ukiah. read more

I just finished eating. Ordered egg rolls, chicken in foil, crispy chow mein with chicken and beef, soft shell avocado roll....ALL WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!! Definitely going to get more takeout from here, while I'm in the area. read more

First time back since the new management. Got to go orders, ordered ma po tofu and string bean pork. And the obligatory pork stir fried rice. Both the tofu and string bean pork came in a usual corn starch brown sauce. Not too salty and spicy enough. Not bad tasting food just your usual Americanized 'Chinese' food. Stir fry rice is not too bad either. So the food filled my fat belly and didn't make me sick. with the limited choice in Ukiah, I might just go back... Maybe not. read more

This place is great. We looked around at the other Chinese restaurants in Ukiah and weren't very satisfied, but we were surprised to find a good one in Ukiah. It is basically two restaurants merged into one; they have a complete Chinese menu and a complete Japanese menu with sushi and stuff. The waiters were very enthusiastic (though perhaps because we were the only people there at the time; it's sad that more people don't know about this place) and could speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. They also had a sushi chef come out to take our sushi orders. The food was nice and authentic. They played good Asian pop music. read more

Good, fresh, fast food. Great courteous service. Perfect stop for the drive to Redwood. Great vegetarian options.

This business is not much to look at from the outside but the food is the best Chinese food in Ukiah. I travel to Willits sometimes to eat at Anna's Asian House but now know these two businesses share the same owner and same quality of food. We ordered General Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Mein. All were amazing and by far the best chinese food we have eaten in Ukiah. A little bit on the pricey side ($37 for the four buckets mentioned above), but quality that rivals any top-notch chinese restaurant I have visited. They do have a sushi bar, which I will tend to the next time I am there and give another review. read more

Nice fresh Chinese food. The Chicken Kung Pao was just right, Sesame Chicken was still a little crispy and not too saucy, and veggie tempura wasn't greasy or oily. Super service. Perfect place to stop if you're traveling by on 101. read more

Service was 5 stars!!! Waiter opened the door for us, greeted us, and showed us to our table-very nice! Food was very good. We had sesame chicken for the kids (chicken was just crispy and not tough at all). Husband and I split the Kung pow chicken (just the right level of spicy and veggies still a little crunchy). Also split pot stickers and veggie tempura - both good. Restaurant very clean and staff very friendly. read more

Great place. I found it on Yelp & loved the atmosphere & service. I got the vegetarian black mushroom & broccoli & it was VERY good. Best Kung Pow my dad's had in a while as well, wonderful rice & chow mien. Can't wait for a reason to return! read more

This is a small restaurant the building is not very flashy but the food is delicious, the staff is awesome and the prices are reasonable. The Sushi is off the hook delicious! I promise anything you order will be tasty! My husband and I are regulars we both crave the Sushi and House Chow Mein. Excellent! read more

The food was terrible and the drunk owner or employee was obnoxious, he kept going around to people's tables and lingering, making himself a little too comfortable. We got mushu and it was like no other mushu, the pancakes were way too thick. It's a shame the limited food options in this town, we had high hopes but will not return! read more

I love the food and I especially love the lunch specials! Very reasonably priced and very tasty with lots of vegetarian and vegan options! Be sure to try the vegan fish and vegan shrimp and get a Thai iced tea while you're at it! read more

Hands down the BEST Chinese food in Ukiah!!! I went with a large group and we tried many of the items on the menu even the sushi and we were so impressed. I am so excited to go back and work my way thru the rest of the menu. :) :). read more

Love their pot stickers. They have great chow mien also. Orange chicken is always reliable. Good deal for lunch. Service is usually great but the delivery service is so so. Ordered online a few times and something is usually missing. But it is convenient sometimes we still do it. Sushi is good. read more

The sushi is a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose it's kind of in the middle of nowhere, so that's what you get. The Chinese food was cheap and tasty. Fresh ingredients and super-duper friendly service. If you find yourself in Ukiah, this is a good alternative to diner or fast food. read more

This food isn't going to change the world. But that's not the purpose of the "daily lunch special." Its job is to taste good, be decently sized, portion-wise, and represent a good value. Today, Anna's did all that. The staff was very nice as well. read more

Chinese food is my favorite food, so I am very particular about where I eat. This place was SO good! I loved everything that we ate. We had the family dinner #2 with three people, so we added the Mushu Prawns. This meal was a shrimp lovers dream! The prawns were big and fresh and so yummy! I live hours away from this town, but I will be back! read more

I have eaten here twice now and I'm not that impressed! If Panda Express was an option, I would choose it over this restaurant. With that said, service was excellent! read more

The food is okay for fast food. The cost a bit pricey. But the 3 times I've had them deliver and the delivery guys have been scary to say the least. No more for me as the food isn't all that great! read more

They called my poor husband offering us free potstickers with our next order. It was really lovely thing to do. Even if they hadn't they wouldn't have lost our business, because all the other food we've gotten there has been great and their ordering system is so easy. I'm looking forward to giving a better review of their potstickers. read more

I love this place because everything is always fresh and fried in good clean oil. The sushi is well prepared and if you go in a lot the owner and staff will treat you very well. read more

Just okay... way to expensive. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, broccoli chicken, won ton soup, and rice. Wasn't impressed at all and feel like I had to pay way to much! read more

Food was bland, lacking any real flavor and upon picking up my to-go order I glanced into the kitchen and observed staff smoking a cigarette. read more

Food was decent both nothing to write home about. They have Chinese, Thai and Japanese on the menu and I get the sense they'd do better to just focus on the Chinese menu. The Japanese is supremely unremarkable; you'd do better with O'Haru's. The Thai is... confusing. Limited menu, oversimplified preparation (tom yum with little in it besides mushrooms), no real Thai spice. The Chinese is their best feature but I prefer Peking Tokyo down by Perkins (newly rennovated and under new ownership.) Their veggies are fresher, meat is higher quality, dishes are less sauce-y and the service is friendlier. Oddly enough, Anna's Bistro is run by the former owners of Peking Tokyo and were shut down at least twice for health code violations in their former restaurant. read more

We have ate here only a few times but food is good. Great dining room for romance but that Tv should go. No msg. No heavy oils. Friendly. Anna's Asian House in Willits was my favorite ever but this is a family member so I highly recommend it if you want dine in. Reason prices but need more noodles! Definitely a top notch place. Clean ! read more

I had pot sticker, cheese puff (fried cream cheese in wonton skin), eggplant in special sauce without prawns, and Mongolian beef. I agree with Helen that the service was great, the portion was decent, and the taste was mediocre (compare to what the Bay Area has to offer). However, the cleanness, friendly service, and the short wait are good enough reasons to return. read more

Pretty yummy food. I ordered the hot and spicy crispy prawns and the deep fried zucchini. Good flavor, not too much breading, fulfilling. I couldn't finish all of the zucchini because the portion sizes are pretty large. The only reason why i'm not giving 5 stars is because the oil or breading used on the food upset my stomach. I would recommend these items if you love shrimp and zucchini - enjoy! read more

We were told it opens at 3 but we asked a guy and he said it opens at 5. This place is terrible because we drove for a while to get here because we heard good reviews about it. I haven't even gone inside and i'm already furious read more

Anna's was delicious and the service was exceptional. Would definitely go back and suggest it to friends!

Anna's Bistro came through BIG Time for my managers party. Several of our employees ordered tray separately and paid up front with one employee picking up the food. It worked out splendidly and the food was amazing. They had the entire order ready on time and still hot when it got back to the office. Several employees had never eaten at Annie's and are now converts. Thank you so much Annie's for coming through for us and for your great sense of humors. I ebjoyed working with you read more

Wife ordered carry out for me to pick up passing thru Ukiah. Shrimp noodle, pork fried rice, cashew chicken and Kung pow chicken. Noodle dish was ok. Besides that I had the Kung pow and rice. Kung pow was dry, lacked spice, had little chicken and what chicken was there was of low quality cut. The fried rice was dull, lacked flavor and any substance besides the rice...little other ingredients Not worthy. read more

One of my favorite Chinese Food places. The employees are quite nice. I highly recommend their orange chicken and fried rice! I'm allergic to seafood, but I've heard from many of my friends that the sushi is great! The service is very quick, and I'm very impressed by their quality in food. read more
