Shannon was so kind in explaining how it would all work, and in giving me the option to do a meet and greet with the walker beforehand. They use an app that is easy to navigate, and they provide clear updates during their visits (you get notifications when the walker arrives and departs, photos and a written note about how it went, a map showing their walk route, and a checklist of the tasks that the walker completed). Their prices are also reasonable. It's a relief to have such a wonderful option for my dog when I'm out of the house for a longer period of time; I recommend!

He was incredibly kind, attentive, and loving with our pups, and it was so obvious how comfortable and happy they were with him. In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. We're grateful to Dog Gone Fitness for continuing their excellent service, and Rhett for being the best friend to Bart & Muffin.

Carmen was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable--she quickly understood his needs and gave me practical, effective tools to support him. With consistency and repetition, I've seen a remarkable transformation. He is now comfortable in his crate and, most importantly, much more relaxed and able to enjoy his life. He's even gained the confidence to spend time with others without me, which once felt out of reach. What I appreciated most about Carmen was her ongoing support--she was always available to answer questions and provide reassurance, which made a huge difference as a new dog owner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled trainer. She's truly wonderful.

Reyna is a miracle worker!!!…read more My dog is extremely scared of people (there have been instances where she runs away to the other room or doesn't come out of her room). I usually tell dog walkers that they don't have to walk with her but just sit on the couch with her because my dog will be too scared to go on walks with strangers. Reyna miraculously got my dog to go on walks with her on day 1! I've hired dog walkers before and only on day 8-10 were they able to get my dog to trust them to go on walks. Reyna also texted me to ask me what she can do to encourage my dog to eat cause she was worried about her. I highly recommend reyna to all my friends and to all those dog owners who have timid/skittish dogs. She is simply the best !

And why can't we reach ANYONE on the phone after 30 minutes of calling DURING OUR HONEYMOON?! UPDATE - Finally reached someone and they still don't have an answer for us. The vibe is more like a school for dogs, super clean, super cool, and the staff actually get dogs. My dog comes home happy, calm and tired in the best way, they do a mix of play, training, and downtime throughout the day, which I never seen done anywhere else. The team knows every dog personally and communicates everything so clearly, plus the space is seriously stylish, skate ramps, murals and a relaxation room.. it looks and feels like it was built by actual dog people, not just some corporate setup. Highly recommend if you want something better than the usual. This place is different in all the right ways.
