When their flight was cancelled due to heat, Furry freight ensured they made it to a kennel and ready to fly again. She immediately reassured me that she was up for the challenge, which put my mind at ease. This was my first trip leaving Zeus with someone unfamiliar, and I was understandably anxious. Bri suggested a meet-and-greet to ensure we clicked and to make sure Zeus felt comfortable with her. On the day of the meeting, I had an emergency and couldn't attend, but Bri went above and beyond by continuing the meeting with my sister. She even offered to set up another meeting if I felt it was necessary--a testament to her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Zeus is also a notoriously picky eater, and Bri went out of her way to adjust his meals to find the perfect balance for him. It's not easy to keep this little pug happy, but her patience and care really showed. She made sure he ate well and even shared updates with me about how he was doing, which was such a relief. While I was away, Bri consistently updated me with pictures and little notes about Zeus throughout the day. This level of communication was wonderful and far beyond what most doggy boarding or daycare centers provide. I could tell that Zeus was happy and well-cared for, which gave me the peace of mind I needed.
