The Service: Before doing any work, Nathan asked questions about where my problem areas were and was able to diagnose my issues from the information I gave him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to work with how my body reacted to certain stretches and pain. He was also able to notice things such as my posture, and showed me how to correct it slowly, day by day. Post: After our session, Nathan gave advice and tips on how to avoid certain injuries by demonstrating certain stretches, and gave pointers on how to reduce or avoid certain issues I had in the future. It was definitely a great learning experience and I'm thankful for his knowledge. I'll be following up with Nathan again soon, which I am very much looking forward too.

I am really glad my brother referred me to Dr. Chow…read more I am a working artist and I had run into a job that involve some emergency computer work, which meant that I foolishly ended up overworking my drawing hand. I was very scared about my hand because that's how I make my living. An artist friend suggested I see a chiropractor, asap. I remember that my brother had been to Dr. Chow for a pain in his leg and liked him, so I called the office and I got an appointment. I am extremely happy with Dr. Chow's work. I now have 100% full functionality of my drawing hand and I have knowledge of how to avoid this sort of repetitive pain in the future. What impressed me so much was when I was asked to describe where the pain was, I didn't know exactly, but described it the best I could. He knew exactly where I was hurting. He (gently) placed his fingers on the exact spot of my thumb where the tendon was. He knows his anatomy and he knows what to do to relieve the stress or the injury. I was so impressed, I even made an appointment for a service that is extra - I had my running gait analyzed. That was by Dr. Chow, as well. The front office folks are incredibly nice and very flexible. I enjoyed chatting with them as I went in and out. Very friendly. I got the impression that Boone Wellness is focused on my health overall, whether it something that chiropractic work can help or other therapies that they offer or even in just asking how I am. They are very caring, good at what they do and I recommend them all of the time. If you try them, you won't be disappointed.

She was very thorough and took the time to walk me through the anatomy of my spine using visuals. She also performed some physical tests and took an x-ray. She showed me the x-ray and explained why I was experiencing pain and how she could help slow down the degeneration. (I also attached a visual drawing that she gave me highlighting my weak points). The front desk team is great as well-- they explained the difference between submitting visits through my insurance versus coming in for an accident visit. They also helped me look into my coverage and explained how much my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket costs would be. Lucy, who works in the back, is also super friendly and always happy to remind me of my exercises, even though it's the same exercise every visit lol The adjustments Dr. Anna has done have helped me a lot, and I'm really happy with my experience here. It wasn't painful, but it was a source of deep insecurity. We don't know when or how it happened, but the crooked-ness was very apparent. I took her to see Dr. Go about a year ago, and she's been getting treated ever since. Prior to the initial assessment, the front desk was very helpful in tracking down my mom's complicated and nuanced insurance provided by her union. They even wrote it down for us for future reference. On first visit, Dr. Go methodically examined my mom through X-rays, listened to all of our concerns, explained the treatment plan carefully (English is my mom's 3rd language), and made both my mom and myself feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He also explained that my mom's shoulders were likely the result of an injury (possibly decades ago). Now, about a year later, my mom's spine and neck placement has dramatically improved. Her shoulders are much closer to level and she's able to look head on. She's expressed that she has greater mobility. She's been getting so many compliments from coworkers and friends (which she happily shares with me). My mom looks forward to getting adjusted by Dr. Go each week.
