Dr. Beckley evaluated my asymptomatic tooth and xray, and suggested the "wait and see" approach as he prefers to "treat patients not X-rays" and recommended I wait this current crown out as long as possible before jumping to an implant, as an implant may not outlive me. I am so grateful I was able to get an honest opinion and a doctor who is not ripping me off, but putting the big picture in place! So for now I will put off this front tooth extraction and implant, which will be quite an ordeal one day, but will be back in his wonderfully professional and friendly office when I eventually need it!

I was pretty nervous. The staff is so kind and professional and the minute I walked in I felt myself relax. They went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. ( complete with a comfy blanket!). Dr Beckley has amazing bedside manner and kept me calm and comfortable. The procedure itself was a BREEZE, and I am in very minimal pain after. They even called to check in on me that night and during that whole first week. This is a great practice and worth every penny. Can't recommend them enough!

He is quite knowledgeable and will help answer all your questions. In my experience the extractions took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. In addition, you also have a follow up appointment one week after to ensure everything is okay. To be fair though my family has experienced complications related to surgery but I wouldn't say that is Dr. Wang's fault. It was just bad luck. If you need any help after hours then voice messages do get routed to his cell phone. Verdict: I know who to go to for help!

She told me I "shouldn't have listened to their office like it was a bible," and that it was my fault for trusting their estimate. Imagine that! Being blamed for trusting the doctor's own office! Her tone was nasty, uncalled for, and completely unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, not contempt. Dr. Wang may be a good doctor, but his front desk staff is driving patients away. Honestly, she should be fired. Dr. Wang deserves better representation for his practice, and patients deserve to be treated with basic respect.

My daughter was seen February 2024 and was immediately told she needed braces. Xrays were taken…read moreand she had rubber band spacers placed all at the initial consult. We returned a few days later only to find that the provider had placed the spacer on the WRONG SIDE of her mouth. Needless to say, we were not pleased that she had to go through several days of discomfort for nothing. We immediately decided that we would get care elsewhere. The office told us there would be no NO CHARGES for her care. They "pretended" to be sorry for their mistake. Although I was still upset about the mistake, I felt the solution was adequate. For all my other dental visits, my insurance was billed within a few days and I have never waited more than 2 weeks after a dental visit to get a dental claim fully processed. In this case, the office submitted a claim 6 months after the visit and the insurance paid the office over $400 for "consultation" and xrays. I find it shady that the claim was submitted so many months after the visit. It makes me feel like they waited until we forgot about them. My fault I didn't notice this at the time because we had moved on to a different orthodontist (Dr. Schlicher--who is amazing and didn't even feel my daughter needed to have braces right away and has just been monitoring her for the past 2 years WITHOUT CHARGING US OR OUR INSURANCRE COMPANY! Six stars for him) I was recently looking over dental claims and noticed the 2024 ortho charge. I have $3000 lifetime ortho coverage so this office basically took over 10% of that amount for hurting my child. I called the office to discuss this and the basic answer I got was just to dispute the charges with the insurance company. The person I spoke said "of course we would charge for the xrays". REALLY???? You make a mistake that hurts a child and then wait 6 months and charge for xrays that we will never be able to use? And she then says "oh, we can send you a copy of the xray". Thanks lady...I really need xrays that are two years old because my daughter's mouth has not changed for the past 2 years! When I asked her why the claim was submitted 6 months after the visit, she immediately blamed the insurance company. There have been numerous dental claims submitted for every member of my family and yet this is the only incidence of this type of delay. It's been a long time since I've been this upset. Do not go to this place. They just rush to slap braces on everyone. Did I mention Dr. Schlicher has just been monitoring my daughter FOR NO CHARGE since 2024 and he sees her twice a year. Digest that! I only wish there was an option for ZERO STARS!!!!!

When you need a root canal, you really need it. And when you really need it, you want it to go well. I had a badly cracked molar and my dentist ground it down, took a mold of it and sent it off to the lab and me away. While I waited for the second appointment, the tooth did not feel right. The dentist sent me to Dr. Vignaroli for a consult. He didn't rush. He spent an unbelievable amount of time talking to me about my tooth, options, etc. He didn't try to rush me into it in case there was another explanation for my discomfort. Once I decided with him that yes, I needed the procedure, he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He's not a 'dental corporation' with 4 patients numbing up as he races from chair to chair. He's single-threaded. You have his undivided attention. Highly recommended.

My dentist called him and he made was able to see me the next day and his staff even called me 30 minutes later to ask if I would like an earlier appointment, which I really did. He was very thorough yet concise about explaining everything. At this point I didn't care what he was going to do as long as it would relieve some pain. He explained it in a way that I was easily able to understand and even made a point to tell me if he was talking too much just feel free to stop him, which I thought was funny because he knows much more than me. I don't know about other people but the longer I have waited to see the dentist my anxiety about it and fear has gotten pretty bad. After his incredibly clear explanation I already felt much morerelaxed. The thing that stuck out the most to me were his extreme precautions to make sure that I was properly medicated as to feel no pain. He seemed completely unconcerned with his own time as he waited to make sure I was properly numbed to be comfortable during the procedure. He worked incredibly well and fast, seemed incredibly perceptive of the slightest body language and made sure I was sitting in a comfortable position or any other thing and kept me informed through the procedure. I don't know how common this is but I think he took two x-rays during my relativdly short procedure just to make sure that he was 100% confident about the quality of the job he was performing. And kept me updated with accurate estimates about how much longer it should take. Last thing is about the temporary filling he placed while I wait to see my other dentist is done incredibly comfortable in my mouth and doesn't feel weird or effect my closed bite at all. Best dentist work I have ever had.
