Don't ever trust people who claim they're "legit" on Instagram just because of their follower count or because their niche is small. I was stood up twice after putting down a $750 deposit for a mesh class -- both times it was canceled the night before, yet I was asked to reschedule for a third time. I've been in the beauty industry for over 10 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. By that point, I had completely lost respect because She clearly did not value my time and caused me to waste both time and money. To make matters worse, she blocked me afterward and even admitted in a text message that she was keeping my deposit for a class I never took. I've since met other hairstylists who experienced the same thing with her as well. In the industry she is known to do this (I wish I would've known soon) DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing. read more

Anna is a train wreck both professionally and personally. I bought $1500 extensions from her, never received, she then blocked me on social media and I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. She then ranted online her ig about it and I called her out and she the magically messaged me and said she's sorry how her husband left her and stole her money as if that was my problem. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!! read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Anna Bianca Hair, and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience!! After struggling with a disastrous chemical cut that left my hair looking like a frayed mop, I was at my wit's end. My once beautiful blonde locks had been reduced to a damaged, lifeless mess, and I was ready to either switch to brown completely or shave my head and start over. However, Anna took the time to really listen to my concerns and fears. She made me feel heard and understood, which is SO important after trust is broken with your previous hairdresser. Anna's expertise shone through as she skillfully crafted a safe, healthy blonde look that breathed new life into my hair. She addressed my anxieties while enhancing my natural beauty, and the results were nothing short of miraculous. The level of care and precision she put into her work was impressive, and I left the salon feeling confidence I hadn't felt in 6 months since the chemical cut incident. What truly stood out to me was the affordability of her services. Anna utilized her one-of-a-kind mesh techniques, which were not only highly effective but also completed in less than four hours!!! Before I even came to the salon, or even paid $1, she maintained EXCELLENT communication, answering all my questions promptly via text since I live out of town. Given the high quality of work and the personal attention I received, I found it to be an exceptional value. It is not cheap, but she could be charging WAY more if she wanted to. I cannot get enough of her and her wonderful personality! She was super easy to talk to throughout the appointment. Usually, I dread sitting at hair appointments, but Anna made me feel welcomed and safe from the moment I walked in! Know booking here you're in good hands! read more

The rudest woman ever don't go to her. I literally left her salon crying when I was like 8 months pregnant. She was literally tossing and tugging my hair out of anger and I can't even tell you why. She only treats influencer like people nicely. Very unprofessional and she thinks she's better than what she does. Never went back after that good ridance. read more

I wasn't going to write a review but after paying 800 for hair and then 500 plus 120 for tip. I'm going to warn many of you as I wish I could have been. She does great work but on her selected clients. Meaning ones with large Instagram followings. If you're the average person you will not get the same treatment or work ethic. I had to get my extensions taken out, colored and cut = more money. What went wrong? - Color did not match, I looked like a skunk - Not blended - The new girl I found cussed every time she took a track out because it was so bad and my scalp was red - The tips were installed so bad, they were suppose to be flushed and immediately fell out. Look I'm not cheap and will pay whatever price for good service but I did not get that. So my advice is do not spend your money or time with this salon. Look at the photos. I was embarrassed to go in public. read more

I found Anna on IG after months of searching for a new hair stylist. I have been struggling for years of my hair breaking, Alopecia from extensions, hair growth coming to a hault -- you name the hair horror story, I've had it. After continuously coming to Anna for over a year now, I am happy to report not only am I 10000000% over the moon with how my hair aesthetic looks, but my hair has grown 2 inches and is healthier than ever. I get 20' inch custom colored Bellami extensions + chocolate brown color. I am SO thankful for Anna's hair expertise! Anna Bianca Hair - Hair Stylists Near Me - Redlands, California

For someone who has been to many salons and stylists. I've found a sense of clarity with Bianca! I went to someone before her and they completely ruined my beautiful hair and broke it down to pieces. I went to Bianca to get my extensions put in and she explained what she was doing and how she did it. She's so kind and he hustles. There's a mad respect for this woman on another level. I see people attacking her for all end of social media to discredit her talent and abilities. When truly at the end of the day it's her personality that stands above all the BS being tossed about. Political views shouldn't change someone's business. I can support her 1000% in her work ethic, talent, hustle and overall person! Not only is Anna the sweetest and most down to earth person but she is hands down the most knowledgeable and talented hair stylist I have ever been to. She puts so much effort and care into the entire experience from start to finish every single time I have sat in her chair. I have never before felt the confidence I feel when I leave the salon and I get complimented on her work constantly. She is truly one of a kind. If you have the chance to get in to see her, I promise you won't regret it! I've always loved having my hair blonde but no one has ever gotten me to the blonde that just fits my face / skin tone. When I went to Anna that's the first thing she gave me advice on was which tones would fit me and though I wasn't fully convinced after she did her magic I was almost in tears of joy!! She made me feel as if I was a real life Disney princess! My extensions made me feel like Rapunzel!!! For anyone that wants Amazing Drop Dead Gorgeous Hair!, this Salon will make that happen. I read some of the reviews and was shocked to see how anyone could give her 2 stars because she wasn't friendly enough WTH, did you come looking for a best friend or to do your hair. Everyone from Alex who is her assistant to Lauren who is a stylist at the Salon was extremely professional, polite and they knew there stuff. poor communication, dishonesty and lack of professionalism. She tried to take advantage of me and lied about putting 20inch extensions when they were 16inches. No it wasn't a mistake, clearly any hair extension specialist knows the difference without having to measure. she overcharged me $400+. She ended up refunding me the difference but she lost my trust and i wouldn't want to rebook with her. She did not apologized at all or give an explanation why she over charged me. I am a post chemo patient and have lost all my hair due to chemo. My hair finally got to the long enough length to do this method. It's been 1 full week since Anna did my hair , i have had extreme tender areas where it hurts to even sleep on my head. Looking deeper into it i was able to remove some of the beads with pliers and here are some pictures of the damage it caused due to it being installed INCORRECTLY. Keep in mind this is suppose to be a method that causes the least amount of stress onto your fragile hair. Also i paid almost +800 just for the install alone. I have been coming to Anna for about a year now and her awesome assistant Cynthia. When I came to Anna's Salon I had extremely thin and brittle hair. I was nervous to get extensions because I thought it may make it worse but I was so insecure over my thin hair I didn't care. To my surprise we took out my extensions today to put in new hair and my hair is the thickest it's been in years and I had several inches of hair growth. I am so thankful I trusted Anna. Not only has this boosted my confidence but I'm constantly complimented on my hair. Everyone is shocked when I tell them it's extensions it looks very natural. Her work speaks for itself. Her salon is very luxurious and Anna is always working overboard to make sure her clients get the best treatment. I love the vibe of her salon and all the girls here are extremely friendly. Anna has always been the most accommodating for me. I truly appreciate her and her entire team! I've had the pleasure to work with Anna and Cynthia. I was not going to leave a review until Anna Bianca decided to take it upon social media. She went on a rant about her 1pm appointment on 8/25.That appointment was me ,she mentioned on that rant that I canceled last min because I "didn't like what she did to my hair last time" which is completely FALSE. The reasoning of me canceling which I also messaged her stating the reasoning was because I got extensions done 7/7 and I was in bad pain due to her poor installation. I found Anna through Instagram. I followed her for over two years and had wanted to get extensions but couldn't quite make the commitment. I've had extensions in the past but not been happy with the way the looked/or my hair color. I'm blonde and like to be a very vibrant blonde but usually no matter where I go, I end up dirty blonde/ or super ashy. Anna posted on Instagram about a contest for her followers to receive free hair color/ extensions/ and install. I commented on the post to enter to win. This sounds so cheesy, but I will never forget the moment she announced the winner. I found out it was me and I was so thrilled jumping up and down and down. I was texting my friends, and gushing to my husband how excited I was. I had recently had a baby, and not felt like myself. I was so happy to get my hair done and feel pretty again. After my first appointment I was obsessed! I loved my hair color, and the extensions looked and felt amazing. I immediately felt so good and confident. She was so sweet during the appointment and afterwards I appreciate that she wasn't pushy for me to re-book. I have been going to her ever since, and I'm so happy I found her. If you're hesitant about booking I cannot recommend her enough! 10/10 read more

I want to start off by stating, giving this woman a one star is too much. I never had a Yelp but I created one just so I could help others avoid going to a extremely rude unprofessional hair stylist who likes to mistreat people. If there was a negative star option would have clicked that. I had booked a hair appointment with Anna, because I seen her work in IG and thought it was amazing but little did I know what I was getting myself into. I always watched her ig stories her posting about how a lot of her hair stylist will quit on her or how she wishes she could rekindle old work partners relationships and I always found it a little strange how she was very out spoken why people burn bridges with her work wise and it was strange that she would vent on her social media about people but I let it go. So to book my appointment I did all the requirements Anna had asked I paid the $745 to her for the extension within mins of booking the appointment and I booked the appointment 4 weeks in advance and confirmed my appointment by email and phone Anna texted me late at night asking to push my appointment back so I am trying to understand how the new schedule will look like but then she kept giving me a run around it might not even happen anymore she then sends me a text she doesn't have a babysitter so she cancelled the appointment on me when she knew I even put in for a vacation day at work just so I could get seen by her and instead of being sincere with an apology and offering to reschedule me on one of my off days she was stubborn and rude she got very salty and started ranting on her social media about me which was extremely unprofessional and she was twisting my words around she would post certain things on her story trying to play a victim when in fact Anna is a very big bully and likes to belittle people. I truly believe this woman has her head up in the clouds because how "good her work is" she thinks she can treat people however she wants but will go on social media being a bully on her story then cry and play a victim. I will attach the conversation and show proof of how this lady really is.. I wrote this review so no one else has to ever experience this because is was awful. I tried my best to remain calm and still be kind to her I told her I loved her work but I knew it wasn't going to work out appointment wise between her and myself so when I kindly asked her is she minded sending me my refund back she said she would refund me but actually kept stalling claiming she hasn't had time to put her sick baby down but I noticed she was posting on social media about me and being extremely salty about me asking for a refund I wasn't going to deal with her anymore because she was being so unprofessional I mentioned to her if would have to report it to my bank because it was fraud that she didn't want to refund the $745 because I didn't receive any hair services from her since she cancelled the appointment. I really could have waited if this lady was truly taking care of her child when in need but it was the fact she got so unprofessional and kept ranting about me on her social media she is a very big bully. I wish her ig could see her Yelp reviews because apparently there's been others who have dealt with her unkindness before she is always preaching on her ig to be kind to others when I don't believe this lady knows how to be kind herself. Long story short SAVE YOURSELF and YOUR MONEY from this unprofessional hair dresser there plenty of other talented hair stylists out there who are truly genuine and passionate about their jobs. read more

Annabianca has literally changed my life! For a little back story; I was fully traumatized from my hair being completely destroyed in the past... so much so that I didn't go to any salons for 4 years while I let my hair regrow & heal. I had been platinum with extentions that broke almost all of my hair off. When I came to Annabianca she was so kind, attentive, sensitive to my worries, and geniune in her promise to put the integrity of my hair first.... Fast forward the last 6 months and Annabianca has given me my confidence back. My hair is beautiful, undamaged, and growing healthily :)) I literally could not be happier. I see Annabianca every 6 weeks and each time she makes my hair look even better -without damaging any of my natural hair. If you're on the fence or have been traumatized like me, book a consultation... I have no doubts, she will put your mind at ease and having you feeling and looking the best you ever have as do I. Talented yes. Professional no. Difficult to continue to be a client when you are worried about her canceling or having another bad day because your hair will suffer... I think the breakdowns on social media are a bit much and could definitely turn off a potential client. I'd like to start by saying that I've been living the life of cutting and box dying my own hair for years because every time I go get it done professionally (while fully disclosing what I've done to my hair), I got neon orange hot roots, yelled at by a stylist when I asked her in tears to fix it after she insisted it was fine, hair burned off, and jacked up cuts and colors. I almost lost hope. Finally I got so bored with my hair that I asked friends for recommendations and I found Anna Bianca. After I saw her work I trusted that she knew what I was doing, but was still wary. However, after my first appointment, she (not even exaggerating) outdid my expectations! I said this is what I like, do your magic, and omg, I had the most GORGEOUS fall colored balayage ever. Even my friend's brother, who lovingly talks crap on me all the time, told my friend that my hair was amazing and totally changed my face. I've never fully trusted someone with my hair before, Anna Bianca is AWESOME. Not only does she work with you, but she puts so much love into what she does, you really see it in her work. I'm very happy to not only find a stylist that I trust, but also to have found a friend. I was sooo excited to get my hair done by anna but she was extremely rude and unreliable. She made me book an in person hair consult which i went too! she tried to talk me out of clip ins. i told her i wanted sew ins. she told me to go home and think about it. so i went home and wrote her i wanted to book for sew ins. she then told me to send her pics of my hair for a consult EVEN THOUGH we just had a consult.. so i did. she then sent me a date to book and said to send her a deposit... i asked her where to send the deposit and she didn't write back for a week. and gave me her info and a new date to book. i then asked what happened to the other date she gave me and she said "oh ya i forgot. i already booked that date" ... i just gave up on her and told her i didn't feel valued as a costumer. i would not recommend her read more

Honestly I'm deeply saddened that I am even writing this right now. I follow Anna and have always loved her work but I'm very unsatisfied with my hair and extensions. I went in for an easy highlight and install. I paid $950 for deposit plus after my color and the tip I paid another $950 all together so I paid all together $2000! With this being said I know how hard it is or it can be to do hair because I've done it in the past trust me I know! And when it came down to clients complaining I would always make sure I got them in MY schedule since I'm the one that did their hair. I never gave them to my assistant or another co worker because it is MY work at the end of the day. So let ne tell you I complained because I was curling my hair one day and as I was parting my hair I noticed bleed marks or tiger strips from where the bleach bleeds onto the rest of the hair outside of the foil. Now if Anna was around at the time when her assistant was toning me then maybe she should of checked. Even worse how about when she sectioned me for my extensions install, how did she NOT notice this?! Keep in mind I live in Huntington Beach so I drove a ways to see her !! I never asked for a refund but I wanted it fixed for the amount I paid for ! You think you get what you pay for but this wasn't worth $2000. Anyways I told her I would be in the area on a Friday afternoon and she said she won't be able to do it Friday afternoon plus if I came in another hair dresser would do it for me but I had to come in before 1pm. Keep in mind I also work an office job, well I couldn't make it and now Anna won't text my back for another appointment to fix it she basically tossed me to her co worker and I wiped her hands clean of me! Now I also have had extensions before this multiple times yet in fact I used to do them myself. Never have I ever experienced so much shedding of hair along with my scalp being itchy since day 1. After reading all the other reviews now I know !! At least most of you got a refund! I have more pictures as well this doesn't do it justice!!!!! I feel like she picks and chooses who she wants to do good work on depending on their followers on social media read more

Went to Lauren. She over processed my hair and it came out to a whiteish/gray. When I contacted her to tell her it was way to light she said she would tone it down and to let her look at her schedule. Gave her 2 weeks to get back to me and she never did! I sent her pictures on what I wanted and it wasn't after she screwed my hair up she told me she couldn't do it without turning me orange...umm aren't you the professional and should know what the heck you are doing, and if you weren't able to give me what I wanted be honest up front and tell me. Instead I paid $200 and tipped her very very well for over processed hair. Sad to think you can't treat your customers with respect by being honest on what you can and can not do. And not to get back to me at all to try and make it right is just bad business. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone read more

Bianca is absolutely the best hairstylist in the world!! I have never been so well taken care of before! She truly cares about her clients and the integrity of your hair. If something is not the way you like it she will make sure you are happy. I have been so many different color just in this last year. And my hair is still very healthy. She always styles it with the best styles and make sure that you have the product you need. She is not money hungry like most hair stylists, she really cares about her art and her clients. He salon is very professional and comfortable, it makes you feel very special when you are in her chair. She plays stations that you like on her pandora station to give you a better all around experience. I have been through many hair stylists in the past where I have cried feeling ugly every time I walked out of the salon. But with Bianca I never have to worry about it turning out because I now leave every time feeling more beautiful than before. Not only does she do fun colors! She can do anything you want her to do. Hair is an art and most people don't understand that! It takes time to get when you want but she will do steps that are doable to keep your hair healthy. I will never go to anyone else! I went to Anna for a about a year and all I can say is that she definitely has her preferred clients, and if you're not one of them, you're not going to be treated the same. Her prices are high (which I don't mind paying for if her service was good), but she hands you off to her assistants who don't seem to know nearly as much. If I'm paying $300 for color, I expect it to be applied, checked, and toned by the stylist I'm paying. She has also kept me waiting over an hour for an appointment before without a text warning. She has terrible people skills and doesn't seem to value most her clients. I wasn't going to write a review, but after two of my close friends were treated terribly by her, I felt it was only fair to warn others. She never remembered how I did my hair, how I liked it toned, or how I liked it cut. She seems to do whatever she thinks will look best without asking the client what they truly want. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, or STRESS by going to her. If you question her services, she will screenshot it and share it to her social media and will never ever admit to being in the wrong. It's always the clients fault. There are plenty other stylists in the area that will treat you with respect and appreciate your business. read more

I'm going to start off by saying I so wish I would have taken pictures but was to embarrassed too ! Went to her because I new of some of her clients. Little did I know as another person posted that unless you are one of her models or potential models they don't really give a rats ass about you! Went in and explained what I wanted and being my first time with hair extensions I was totally in there hands. With fine thin hair they assured me that there techniques would work for my hair type. Oh no, the wind would blow and and you saw all the extensions and color differences because she didn't even blend my hair color to the extensions. After paying a lot of money to have her color my hair also. Remarked when she took off the toner that my hair and the extensions were two different colors. She assured me that it would wash out! Not what you want to hear from a hairdresser!! Called for three days and left messages because I was so unhappy , they finally called back and had me come in and acted like it was a inconvenience to fix it ! Which she said they would next time when I needed the adjustment because they were to busy! Which means I would have to pay again! Anna Bianca Hair - Pic of the latest transformation she did on my hair. Couldn't be happier! - Hair Stylists Near Me - Redlands, California

Anna is very talented and I was extremely happy with my hair coloring, but I was not happy with my interactions with her. She is very cold, she lacks basic customer service skills (such as smiling, engaging in polite conversation during services, and timely responses), and was, at times, borderline rude. So much so that I will not be rebooking nor will I recommend her. This is unfortunate because I would have liked to continue to get my services done by her, had our interactions gone differently. Hopefully Ms. Ana Bianca will learn the importance of basic customer service skills. read more
